“A cozy cafe close to the town center and just a few steps from Stratford upon Avon train station. We tasted excellent coffee, smoothies and dessert. The staff was very helpful and nice. A pleasant environment if you are waiting for a train, but it is worth going there even if you are not traveling anywhere, the cafe is right next to a large parking lot. We will definitely come back here again.”

“We hired the pool out for a 10th birthday party. The children had an hour in the pool on the inflatable obstacle course and an hour in the party room. The duty manager was so helpful. The kids had an amazing time. I would highly recommend.”

If Pret gave out awards for kindness, charisma, and above-and-beyond customer service, Alex would win hands down. “I popped in for a routine blood test. I booked online yesterday for an 11.20 slot today. I arrived, checked in, did my blood and was out again by 11.30 so no complaints from me on that score! The downside is the parking at the hospital, very hit and miss in terms of availability and it's not cheap if you're going to be there for a while. There's a pretty reliable bus service 2 minutes walk from the hospital so that's an option. Inside is generally busy but there are a couple of shops, M&S for example, serving drinks and snacks as well as a cafe/restaurant. Definitely book online if you possibly can!!”

“A couple of weeks ago I went to War Memorial Park with a group . We had to buy 18 different hot drinks in one go. The staff had been amazing about it. Managed the queue and kept smiling and chatting despite the wait. Well done all on the day. Very professional, positive, helpful. “Another cookie cutter Starbucks, comfortable chairs, consistently good food and coffee. An oasis of tranquility just off the M6. Wasn’t busy at all so pretty much had it to myself on a lovely sunny day. Not much traffic from the drive through either. One thing to note, a lot of these Motorway Starbucks are labelled as drive trus, but they generally also have an inside cafe, in fact sometimes there’s also another Starbucks in the larger services main building.”

“Amazing tuna toastie and egg mayo baguette is really good. Egg filling is soft and fluffy. Also the Mcmuffin with sausage and hash brown is very filling and one of their best menu items. Great food delivery, always comes warm.”
