“Went to celebrate mother in laws 70th. The restaurant was very accomodating, friendly. They made sure that my mother in law had a lovely time. The staff was lovely, really took care of us. Food was nice as we don't eat alot of spice the food was adequately spiced . We would go back as the place deco amd atmosphere is nice. They have a large selection of menu which is always nice. Thank you for making my mother in laws birthday special”

“I love this cafe in the village. I’ve started going there daily in the morning while walking the dog. The quality of the coffee they make is top class and the staff are lovely. There’s always someone nice there to chat to and the home made cakes are fab. My little dog is allowed in (unlike another cafe in the town :-( and it’s becoming a really nice daily exercise for us”

“Popped into this lovely cafe on coleshill highstreet. Lovely atmosphere and amazing service from all the staff that were there. Nothing was ever too much especially with a fussy 2 year old. Love that this is a dog friendly cafe, my Bella was so chilled out and enjoyed her sausages. Highly recommend this cafe to all, fast service for food and great recommendations for a sunday roast to be delivered in the area! Will see you soon.”

“It's definitely a great place for food. Went here for my other half's birthday and it is special. Lots of food without ever feeling too much, which was great as it kept coming! Especially loved that it definitely wasn't the usual food that you get elsewhere. Every course felt interesting and tasty. I'm pretty sure I may have sneaked a lick of the plate... My one recommendation is not to go for the full flight of wine mind, not that it's not enjoyable, just that you may not remember the last course! Recommend getting the half flight or a lovely bottle and then you can keep the memories a little more lucid.”

“if you want to enjoy a pleasant, authentic Turkish atmosphere and dishes, I recommend this restaurant. Aisha, the owner of the restaurant, greeted us. she is smiling, nice and very kind woman. the restaurant also has a summer garden. I really liked the place - I was in Turkey several times and really Sofra Anatolia took me there again. do not expect luxury, expect coziness and authentic Turkish furniture! the food was delicious. for some dishes Aisha added something of herself and that contributed to the good taste. we left the food choice to Aisha. she brought us a rich plateau with unique snacks and salads. for dessert of course, we ordered kunefe, which was amazing. I did not miss, as always, the Turkish tea. GO,EAT AND ENJOY. talk to Aisha - you will like her.”

“Such a wonderful zoo ! The animals are very well kept, information boards are genuinely interesting and seasonal decorations plentiful. It took us 4.5hrs to visit (including lunch), and we could easily have stayed longer if we also indulged in a bit of soft play or outdoor play. A must see for any family in the area looking for a day out.”

“My grandma hired a private room for her birthday meal, and everything about the afternoon was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was beautiful and the service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so well looked after – drinks were always topped up, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you goes to Lucy, who made the whole experience seamless. From the very first stages of booking to the evening itself, she was incredibly helpful, organised, and friendly. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that my grandma’s celebration was stress-free and special. I also want to give a big shoutout to Jack and Lucy again, as they truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made the night memorable for all of us. They are a real credit to the team, and I hope their managers know how fantastic they are. “We highly recommend trying here! We literally can't fault a thing, and will definitely be going back. The food was incredible, the setting and restaurant itself was beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were really friendly and efficient. The portions were plenty and tasted amazing. Food and drinks came out so quick and everything is made fresh to order. There is plenty of on-site parking for anyone driving there. I recommend booking in advance as they tend to get booked up! It's in a really pretty setting, and I can imagine it to be even nicer in spring/summer with all the outdoor seating.”

“Experience was wonderful as soon as we walked in. Josh came straight to us at the door so no waiting around, showed us to the table and made us feel relaxed, he wasn’t too overbearing throughout our time which we really appreciated. A wonderful staff member. Poppy was also tentative to ensuring our table was cleared efficiently and food was delivered promptly with not too great a wait. Lovely! The atmosphere was enhanced by the live jazz music from Suzie Woods. A very enjoyable dining experience.”

“Lovely meal, good selection of pub favourites alongside healthier options. There is outside wrap around seating with views of the canal and river where you can watch the world and boats go by. The only downside to sitting outside were patrons not controlling their dog's and the more inebriated customers bellowing to passers by which is why I've given the lower score for atmosphere.”

“First, the atmosphere is brilliant!! They’ve recently done up the interior again, and it looks better than ever. Music is calm and fitting - nothing offensive. Food-wise, i’m never disappointed. The portions are generous and quality is consistent. Theres also some cooked options for those of you not so keen on trying the raw stuff.. Drinks are lovely too. They do a nice white chocolate matcha, but if thats not your thing then i recommend a taro or original milk tea. Cant go wrong really.. Overall i think its a really nice and cosy dining experience. Feels so inviting and homey - especially on such cold or rainy days - and the customer service is top. Perfect for small families, good friends, cute dates, or even on your own.”

“What a wonderful little surprise this venue is. The host was very welcoming, not surprising, for such an unusual location, it is in the rooms above the pub. Make your way around the side to the back and enter into a bustling experience. Tables were efficiently moved to accommodate the two of us, and the knowledgeable waiters buzzed about taking their time to prepare orders and explain the menu. Apparently, it is the locals' best kept secret, and there was chatting and laughter, making it a relaxed evening. Because the pub is only downstairs, I would suggest having a quick drink, but you are able to get served at the table from the bar. The food introduced itself long before we sat down through the inviting fragrances, and patrons made their suggestions as we perused the full list of dishes. I'm afraid to say I played it safe and had my usual prawn puree and merga masala. After our freshly cooked poppadoms, the food was served quickly and presented amazingly. From what i saw the other patrons being served, I will definitely explore the range of dishes more next time. The portions were such that if you do decide to go here, I would suggest you skip lunch. Even though it's a small venue, you weren't rushed, so much so that the proprietor introduced himself and was genuinely interested in your experience. One tip make sure you book a table early. The cost was inline local curry restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.”

“Food well for 3 days been taking chicken kebabs and it's really good not so spicy but with the combination of sauces it's just really good. Service I can't say a bad word pretty quick, and no one had any problems with me taking a kebab in a wrap with chips instead of salad so really good service. Atmosphere well it's like a typical chip shop but as I said earlier service makes it really good.”
