“Absolutely love it here. We come once a week as my daughter has a class. We cannot fault the service and the food. The cakes here are especially delicious. Above and beyond what might be expected for a community centre coffee shop (in my opinion). They have now also implemented a loyalty card scheme which I can't wait to take advantage of ❤️”

“Fantastic disco for my husband's 50th birthday party. They were all set up when we arrived and had pictures from the event on screens throughout the evening. They also had a QR code which allowed people to make song requests too! Fantastic. Would certainly book them again if we had an event which warranted entertainment, and definitely would recommend to others.”

Scones were very nice as well because they were buttery and not dry. Traditional, old-fashioned decor inside made the tearoom look like something from the 1940s. Amazing!”

“We had our works summer team building event here and the day was an immense success, we could not ask anymore of Darren and his team, they went beyond our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. The day was filled with laughter and enjoyment from bowling, mini golf, pool, and shuffleboard, I found it hard to tear everyone away to get to our next venue for the next part of the event. Food was tasty, much better than we have had at other place like this. Splendid work Darren and team, keep up the excellent work you have a fantastic venue.”

“One of the only places in Coventry that does a decent enough Cantonese roast. Roast duck is ok but the crispy belly pork is the best. Their beef stir-fried noodles are the bomb. They have a decent canteen-style space to sit in and eat but a lot do takeaway. Friendly staff and very efficient, quick service.”

“Beautiful Lebanese food all cooked from scratch (open kitchen). Family run business and local Coventry owners so well worth supporting a small business. Went here for Staff Christmas meal (we're teachers). It's a dry bar here so if you're looking to wine with your dine it may not be for you but you will miss out on absolutely gorgeous food. After pouring over the menu we asked the waiter for recommendations and he suggested the Mezza set meals which we ended up getting for 7 of our party. Two beautiful platters. One starters, one a mixed grill. The pictures are for 2 people but they upscaled it easily for 3. Set menu also included Baklava but as a few of us were so stuffed by this point the owner made a special dessert of ice cream, cream, pistachio sauce and honey. Amazing! Been a long time since I've had food this tasty. Highly recommended.”

“The Chestnut is a well stocked pub on the popular Craven Street with a car park on Hearsall Lane. Pool and darts bar on one side, larger bar on the other, and a garden. Landlord knowledgeable and friendly. Can get busy for some sports events on TV and or term time but the waiting times are good.”

“Authentic Indian food with good service and beer. I have been here 3 times now and everytime the food and service has been excellent. The restaurant is separate from the bar and I strongly urge anyone who enjoys proper Indian food to try this place. We had the sharing platter with prawns to start with and then lamb keema, chicken curry madras hot, buttered chicken and prawn curry. Reasonably priced and hot plates with each course.”

“Me and my family go here for all our family occasions. I have never been anywhere better. The food is the best around. Staff are absolutely amazing, there is nothing they wont do for you. They accommodate all ages from 5 to 80. Karaoke rooms are awesome with so many different themes and for different sized rooms for all occasions. Even parties of 50. “I quite often have takeaways from Hong Kong Garden. The service is quick and efficient with touch card payment, the food is delicious and the menu covers an enormous range of dishes. In my view it is the very best Chinese takeaway in Kenilworth and I have tried them all.”
