βFirst visit today was greeted by the reception staff that was friendly welcoming and polite I then was seen by my assigned dentist sazan and her dental nurse Becky which I can honestly say was so lovely and attentive, as a very anxious patient they took there time to listen to worry's and concerns and then told me step by step was happening during my appointment. They made me feel at complete ease during the whole appointment and I feel very lucky to have been assigned such a lovely dentist and nurse going forward. This dentist surgery as whole is most definitely 5* but a massive shout out to Sazan and Becky today thank you for showing such kindness and professionalism today.β

I had a consultation with Sue who explained the Invisalign process comprehensively. I had a scan of my teeth and a plan with 19 trays was developed. 2 weeks later I had my first tray fitted and I was on the journey. Regular communication was very easy and huge attention to detail. 9 months later and I now have a fabulous set of straight teeth and I have even had them whitened just in Time for my daughters wedding. βI am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcrossβ
