“Would highly recommend all of the team at Avonvale - they have looked after our equine family for over 20 years now. Claire is exceptional with both our competition ponies, and our elderly retired ones - she is pragmatic, supportive and hugely responsive. Not afraid of the difficult conversations, which she handles with equal amounts of sensitivity and pratical advice. I completly trust her and her team to do the best for our ponies - as well as hugley knowledgeable and current, they are transparent, honest and always available. Thank you”

“I don't live close by so I don't visit often, but when i am in the area this is my treat. It has everything. The aisles are wide which is perfect for someone who is claustrophobic like me. Love the cafe which I always visit half way through my shop. I'm sure this fuels me so I buy more! Plenty of free parking too. Win win!”

“The staff here are very helpful. I now need regular medication every month, the lady explained to me about the prepayment prescription scheme which I didn't know about before. This has saved me a lot of money. She also explained some other stuff and generally was very helpful at a time that was a bit stressful for me. The pharmacist was also very helpful.”

“Staff always pleasant & helpful. Free on-site parking helpful & usually spaces available. Trolleys take my coin token or £1. Stock is usually good.”

“Always really friendly, helpful and efficient but tonight even more so. We had a return to send via DPD. I've never sent one before and 2 local places made it impossible. So unhelpful. I would explain but you wouldn't believe me, it's so ridiculous how we were treated. I was really starting to get quite upset and worried I'd have to pay extra to have collected. The lady behind the till straight away said, yes, I can do that for you. Scanned it, added a label, gave me a slip to say I'd dropped it off and that was it. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no fuss. Thank you!”

“Did a fantastic job with my very fussy anxious boy, couldn’t fault her.”

“A good store with lots of things as inspiration. Reasonable prices, and right in the centre of Rugby so easily accessible. I do wonder if they are doing the special Christmas treats for cats again this year. Mine loved the one in the jar!!”

“Just want to take a moment to thank Jess the cashier: in the frenzy of Christmas shopping she was a balm of kindness this Sunday morning, asking us if we needed her to wait before we had unloaded all the shopping before proceeding and chatting away at all things baby as we are expecting our first child. Please keep such adorable people around !”
