“Great service and food was amazing. So fresh and tasty. The only thing wrong was that I was the only one in there. It was very early on a Wednesday night. If I'm ever back in Nuneaton I will definitely head to the Cossed Khukris.”

“We've been here twice in the last month and loved it! The food is great, with several options even if you don't eat sushi. My favourite is the Katsu curry, will keep returning for that. Only suggestion would be to have a more diverse dessert menu. @acoupleondates (Instagram)”

“Some of the best food you can find in Coventry City Centre. Everytime I visit I try a different meal and they all taste amazing. Spicy Beef and Katsu Chicken are my favourites, but even the pork and fish dishes are brilliant too and all dishes are reasonablypriced. I've not tried the octopus balls yet but it's on my list.”

“First, the atmosphere is brilliant!! They’ve recently done up the interior again, and it looks better than ever. Music is calm and fitting - nothing offensive. Food-wise, i’m never disappointed. The portions are generous and quality is consistent. Theres also some cooked options for those of you not so keen on trying the raw stuff.. Drinks are lovely too. They do a nice white chocolate matcha, but if thats not your thing then i recommend a taro or original milk tea. Cant go wrong really.. Overall i think its a really nice and cosy dining experience. Feels so inviting and homey - especially on such cold or rainy days - and the customer service is top. Perfect for small families, good friends, cute dates, or even on your own.”

“We Met up with my Mum and partner here today (20th November) for my birthday and we had an excellent experience, everyone enjoyed their food as a party of 4 and the waiter was an absolute asset to the place. Service was excellent, the food was served in good time and the place was lovely and clean with a great atmosphere. “A cozy pizza place with quirky art and many vegetarian options I had a vegetarian meal at this pizza place and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food. The restaurant has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, with quirky and funny art pieces on the walls that made me smile. Firstly, I ordered the chargrilled vegetable pizza, which had peppers, onions, mushrooms, and aubergine on a crispy crust. The pizza was served on a wooden chopping board, which gave it a rustic feel. The onions were nicely caramelized and the cheese was pleasantly strong. Secondly, I ordered the jalapeño poppers, which were cheese-filled peppers coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The jalapeño poppers were crunchy and cheesy, but they were not spicy at all, which I was surprised about. I expected them to have some kick to them. Thirdly, I ordered a mock Pina colada as a drink, which was a change from my usual latte. The mock Pina colada was refreshing and creamy, with a fruity taste of pineapple and coconut. It was definitely a worthy substitution. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this pizza place and I would recommend it to anyone who loves pizza and quirky art. It’s a great place to have a fun and relaxing meal with friends or family.”

“Birthday celebration dinner. Amazing pub. Loved the ambiance, busy with a friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious with great menu choice. I had sea bass, cooked to perfection with lots of veg and hasselback potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Prawn cocktail was really good. Portion sizes just right. Only one of us disappointed, no steak and ale pie. Service was excellent. All food reasonably priced. We'll definitely visit again. Would strongly recommend going here.”

“Went to Selminas for lunch and it was absolutely delicious as per usual! They have changed their menu a bit since the last time I ate there, but I have no complaints. The portion sizes are more than enough, and the cocktails are pleasing to the eye and the tummy! Service was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. We waited a bit longer than others there, but our food was fresh and delicious so well worth the wait. I literally cannot find a fault anywhere x”

“I liked this for the excellent pizzas we got and how cheap they were! Only a fiver for a Margherita with a choice of veggie toppings. The staff were really friendly and whilst it's very much for students that doesn't rule out families or if you want a quick, simple bite to eat. The beers looked pretty good too, with Brew Dog on offer in cans. I think upstairs is the best location but the basement where we were was fine.”

“A must when in Coventry! We loved everything about this place - from the homemade ginger beer to the mango salsa to the fall off the bone beef! Bonus - all the meats are halal! Would definitely come here again! Would highly recommend the Big Mac combo! Best Caribbean food I have ever tried! “I visited The Hungry Elephant this evening and had a fantastic experience. The food was bursting with authentic Indian flavours, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The naan bread, in particular, was cooked to perfection – soft, warm, and perfectly crisp on the edges. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble – they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. “Was absolutely fantastic, ordered it on a Friday at 5pm for it to arrive after 20 minutes! And we were the village over! The delivery driver was incredibly sweet also. The food was piping hot, which is always appreciated, and the food was well seasoned, even down to the pork rice. If you want a Chinese takeaway in the area surrounding Kenilworth or in Kenilworth, go with Tai Pan!”

“One of the only places in Coventry that does a decent enough Cantonese roast. Roast duck is ok but the crispy belly pork is the best. Their beef stir-fried noodles are the bomb. They have a decent canteen-style space to sit in and eat but a lot do takeaway. Friendly staff and very efficient, quick service.”

“Nicely decorated restaurant with polite attentive staff. They have a wide range of dishes on offer covering the whole of India’s cuisine. We elected for northern Indian style dishes and we can safely safe they were very traditional in flavour, so we were incredibly satisfied. Each curry dish had a good amount of meat in it too which is worth mentioning (Lamb Balti and a Chicken Vindaloo). The Paneer for starters was a good way to get the juices flowing. All in all a brilliant experience; traditional, authentic flavours and good fair prices!”
