“I flagged down a young man to price check a halloween treat jar. He told me he was deaf. He went to check the price for me and he supported me despite my rusty and poor sign language skills. I was so impressed with Wilko for the diversity. He was good at his job, pilote, quick and always busy so they chose well. I then was served by Tracey who was also efficient and kind and hard working as she was the only one on the till.
