“I changed to Medivet/Feldon's at Coventry Road after taking my mum's dog to an appointment and being impressed with their reception staff and vet. The changeover was very easy and they arranged an appointment on the same day as my cat was poorly. The previous vet I was registered to had poor access to appointments in comparison. So far I've been very happy with my experience.”

“I highly recommend lizzy and the team at physiofirst. I suffered from a slipped disc and sciatica. After four months of being out of work, a lot of pain, strong medication and slow referrals from the hospital I started sessions with lizzy. After 5 sessions I was off my medication, back at work and starting to feel like myself again. Lizzy gave me exercises that were tailored to my condition and my body. Her knowledge and advice is priceless. Everyone at the practice is incredibly supportive, friendly and helpful. I know that even after being signed off if I need anything in the future they are only a phone call away.”
“Nice hospital best customer service”
“After having problems with my knees from starting to run my issues were diagnosed quickly and a very clear plan of physio has been suggested. This is the second time using this company and would very definitely recommend them to anyone.”
“I have nothing but positive feedback for the team I was under. From day one was in awe of how well knowledged and understanding the staff are in the area of concern for my individual case. I can't embarrass anyone by naming them publicly, but sincerely, I am so glad I met her first. I dont mean to cast any favouritism, but, for me, in my case, I have no other option but to favouritise, because the lady was the assessor for my condition. I had to ask if she had the same condition because of how precise and accurate she was/is. There was a long wait from GP to the neurodevelopmental team. Starting from the GP late 2019 after seeking a more definitive remedy for the undiagnosed symptoms in childhood, which were apparent and therefore commiserated in adulthood, through the mental health team, was directed to them. In January 2022, I was sent an assessment date. In the assessment I met the most understanding, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable person. It was like she was reading my mind. I remember asking 'how do you know that?'. It's her job ultimately, but, the comfort and confidence it gave me, installed a greater sense of security knowing I was finally in the right place. I was diagnosed after two thorough meetings, then offered treatment. I accepted therapy sessions and online group work post diagnosis to better understand the condition, how it affects other people, and how self care adaptations can help to live better with this new identity. There, we met other members of the team and again their experience within this area of expertise was refreshing. One of the very first points after laying down the rules of respecting each other was 'You are the experts - it is your own experience' and 'same diagnosis different experiences, or different diagnosis but similar experience.' Being allowed to regress and ultimately realise that this condition is a birthright goes on to relax the anxieties of 'not knowing why', and cannot thank this team enough for making the process of acceptance alot easier. The team display compassion, respect, collaboration, excellence, integrity, professionalism, non judgemental values and succeed at having people at their heart. I have been treated as an individual foremost, and not a 'just someone else with the same old story, heard it all before' powerless sheep. I like that. I like how they know what they're talking about, and equally how they continue to want to learn and grow... alot Thank you”
“Went in with two functioning limbs. Came out with three and three quarters. Simple as that. Great staff right across the board. A permanent but manageable limp is quite an upgrade on being bed-bound or wheelchair-bound for the rest of my life.”

“I’ve had a chronic condition for 14 years and after a back operation and other surgical interventions plus seeing a chiropractor, physio, acupuncture, gabapentin, pregabalin pain relief and latterly an osteopath for 6 weeks nothing worked. I’d learned to live with the pain but it got worse after doing some diy I contacted core clinic based on a recommendation from a trusted source. I’ve held back from doing a review on initial consultation and first treatment - I’m now in my fourth week of combined biomechanics from Tahir, sports therapy/acupuncture proved by Jack and Stefaan’s chiropractic therapy. I’m seeing the 40% improvement Stefaan forecasted, which is amazing as I’ve had sciatica and lower back pain for 14 years; the sciatica being the main issue. The next stage will be a forecasted increase from 40% to 70% relief and the remainder is in the lap of the gods. At the start of the treatment I’d have taken anything let alone where I’m at now - bring on the next stage. In summary I’d fully recommend Stefaan and his team and I only wish I’d found them years ago.”

“I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to attend Lily's Goddess Yoga sessions. From the very first class, I felt a profound shift in not only my asana practice but also in my mental health. Lily's teaching style is incredibly nurturing and supportive. She provides practical tools that I know I will carry with me throughout my life. Her sessions have not only helped me strengthen my body but have also deepened my spiritual practice and understanding of myself. From this I also arranged a session for my work place and a private healing session for myself and my best friend. What sets Lily apart is her vast knowledge of yoga, spirituality and the body together with her ability to convey it in an approachable manner. She is always kind, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable in their practice. I cannot express enough how transformative this experience has been for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Lily's sessions to anyone looking to enrich their yoga practice and enhance their overall well-being. Thank you, Lily, for the lasting impact you’ve made on my life!”

“David - what a hero! I spent years searching for the right treatment and getting nowhere. It wasn’t until I turned to private treatment & found David, that my journey to recovery has finally begun. When I first sought help for my health issues, I trusted the NHS to guide me through what I assumed would be a straightforward process of diagnosis & recovery. But what began as a search for answers soon spiraled into a series of missteps and misunderstandings that left me physically & mentally broken. Passed around different departments , I received conflicting advice and was misdiagnosed multiple times - leaving me trapped in a perpetual cycle of confusion, fear and anxiety. Unable to find the support I needed, my health continued to deteriorate and I was signed off work for six months, at a life threatening low weight and battling severe anxiety and stress. I was referred to an eating disorder unit, where I was boxed into the label of ‘anorexia’ - a condition far removed from my actual issues. Treatment was one-size-fits-all treatment and completely wrong for my situation, making matters even worse. This fundamental misunderstanding left me feeling isolated, invalidated, and like I was failing every week when no progress was made. The treatment plan lacked nuance and didn’t provide therapy or practical tools for improvement. Instead, I faced judgment, threats of hospitalisation, and no actionable support. Admitting my case was too ‘risky’ for them to handle, they resorted to hospitalisation—a step I knew would only worsen my food-related fears and mental health issues. Recognising this would be wrong for me, they initiated a mental health assessment to detain me against my will. This was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. With an existing phobia of hospitals, following a traumatic experience involving complications & a blood transfusion growing up, the prospect of being forced into this environment petrified me. I felt powerless, and my family was left scrambling for alternatives. That’s when we found David - who within days had taken me under his wing. Having been let down so many times before, we were hesitant to seek private care and skeptical about therapy after so many failed attempts. But from the moment David responded to our inquiry, everything felt different. He was professional yet compassionate, and his genuine concern for my wellbeing shone through from our very first conversation. For the first time in years, I felt seen, understood, and supported. He is so positive and encouraging, and his approach is filled with techniques and tools that are completely personalized. He’s helping me regain control, relax, and make meaningful changes at a pace that works for me. David listens intently, adapts to my individual needs, and creates an environment where I feel safe to explore and grow. (And not to mention he’s bloody hilarious!) after just a few sessions, my mindset had shifted and I’m already able to eat more freely than I have in years. It’s a long journey, but for the first time in five years of suffering, I’m finally on the road to recovery and can see myself coming back every day. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for David’s constant care and encouragement. He’s not just a therapist— he’s a partner & a real friend. I would recommend him to anyone feeling misunderstood or looking to gain back control of their life and take steps toward a healthier, happier future. Amy, 29 Orthorexia / stress & anxiety / health anxiety / ARFID / phobia”

Definitely recommend Rugby Physio”
