The customer service was excellent and what I thought would be a tedious experience was a great one! I have just used the voucher given in-store to order my size of trainer online. “Honestly but surprised on read the reviews on Nuffield Health Leicester. I joined October 2024 and pretty much I’m there 6 classes a week. Now I main go early morning and there is no issue of over being crowded. My 5 star review is based on has my fitness and health improved! Easy answer yes. Again my review do I feel comfortable in the Gym! Yes. Don’t feel intimidated at all. Are the staffing helpful and friendly! Yes. My review will be 5 stars as I’m getting everything I need. Now I can understand a few comments people have made. The studios floors really could with a few repairs. Showing new members around and seeing this is not a good impression. Honestly the gym could do with a bit of improvement, but again currently I’m very happy with the site. Thanks for helping me improve my fitness”

Presented with herniated disc which then led to sciatica and little-and-often visits of shockwave therapy and at home remedies have got me on the road to functioning again. I would not advertise as an instant fix for me, which is not a bad thing at all and well worth the investment into seeing a caring professional like Dhruve. Highly recommend!”

Upon arrival we were provided with all the H&S advice that we needed as well as information on how to get the best from the experience and then we left to have the best fun, the water was so lovely and warm just like swimming around in a bath with lots of toys , my dog was a little scared at first but she soon relaxed, not only was it great for her joints and mine but it was an incredible bonding experience to be swimming with my dog !! The shampoo and driers afterwards meant that we both left warm, dry and smelling amazing. Well done Soggy Dogs, I cant recommend you enough we will be back !!”

“I drive here from Rugby after my daughter rescued a young pigeon that had fallen in an oil bund. The vets suggested euthanasia, but LWH were wonderful. They switched on the incubator as soon as I said I was on my way, and it's having daily baths until the oil is gone. They will rehabilitate it, before re-releasing. A wonderful, compassionate charity!”
