“We got our car to get its MOT and interim service, plus brake fluid change and oil replacement. We left the car at 8.30 and everything was ready for 13.00, and we had 2 cars going before ours. They were very nice and friendly and explained every step and got us through the documents as it was our first time passing the MOT or taking the car to the garage in the UK. Very pleased with the service and with the guys there, we’ll be back!”

“Booked in for an MOT start of October. It came back as failed. I just had it serviced with Farmers a couple weeks before spending about £1080 to fix it at another branch. The man at the desk (possibly manager) had told me it failed and I explained the above to him. He said “leave it with me i’m going to call my boss” I was really happy with the instant action he took. My friend and I waited for him after the call which didn’t take long and he told us his boss wasn’t happy with what had gone on. He told us that if I leave the car with them for a couple days they’ll fix up everything it failed for and they will MOT it again for me so it’ll pass. The man was excellent and told me not to pay anything for it. I was Incredibly happy with the service and the way they managed my Seat Ibiza. Outstanding head-on attitude from the man who dealt with me and thank you to the team who helped get my car where it should be. I will return!! Thank you again!!”
