“Love the staff there, an all round class act.”
“Visited the café, great selection of hot and cold barista drinks, friendly efficient service, large clean area to eat in”
“Great quality on rooms and services, located at the quiet place that near downtown. Fully equipped and near two big supermarkets. Has been a great experience to stayed for three years and will stay again in the coming next year.”
“Staff I spoke to were very helpful”
“I moved from Erskine Stewart's Melville School in P7 across to St. George's. The experience I had at this school was amazing. I loved coming to this school! The classes are a lot smaller this means that you get more attention from the teachers. All the teachers are so dedicated and passionate about their job and their subjects this in return made us want to learn more and do well in our exams. The EDUCATION, the SUPPORT, and the OPPORTUNITIES at this school are EXCELLENT.”
“The OU gave me the opportunity to retrain in the field of computer science, while also working full-time and having a family, and I will be eternally grateful to them for this. The teaching and assessment have generally been of a high quality (although I think the OU could also adopt some of the things that make MOOCs work so well too, e.g. recorded lectures broken into 15 min segements), and I would recommend it to everyone.”
“Wild place, straight out of GTA. School getting ddosed, police chases, anime club, food fights, fist fights, people brining benches into the place, therapy animals, drugs in boxes on the walls. The equipment is definitely in need of repair, saw an electric mixer still operate, after turning the speed off. Some ghost or something. Place is 60 years old, it really does show, rotting ceilings, rats, windows falling off the walls. The physical damage from the rot doesn't compare to the experience of this monument. It's definitely one of the schools.”
“An excellent lunch at a budget price. All of the food was good — some of it was excellent. A good way to train the next generation of caterers.”
“Great specialty coffee shop. Brewing pour overs, and espresso, as well as interesting matcha and cold brew drinks. The affogato was so creamy and delicious and the pastries have a stranglehold on my psyche. The space itself is gorgeous and relatively spacious. Definitely a do not miss for the coffee lovers and snobs moving through Edinburgh. All their coffees are also served with cute info cards and it's just a whole vibe”
