“I wanted to share a really nice review for Hazel in the Livingston branch. We have come into Halfords a couple of times over the last 6 months. Each time assisted by Hazel and each time feeling completely taken care of. I’ve felt at ease dealing with Hazel. No question Ive had is ever a silly question. Hazel is informative and really listens. Twice now she has just been really helpful, I’ve left with what we asked for and she has an understanding way about her that makes you feel like nothing is a hassle and she’s ready to figure it out. And it’s not just about the “sale”. Friendly and helpful. It’s because of you, customers like us come back. Thank you.”

“Very handy location just off M8. Rooms are clean, food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is great at good price. Very friendly staff. WiFi is terrible and staff don’t care, I assume they want you to buy the premium WiFi but in this day and age there’s no excuse for poor WiFi. Small detail. Bring and extension cord, there is no power by the bed to plug your phone charger in”

“I placed my order and left to buy something before the shops closed. The rest of my family stayed at the restaurant. When my food was ready, staff noticed I wasn’t there, so they said they would serve it hot when I returned and prepared a fresh dish for me. Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent service. Good food”

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager is very approachable and always greets parents with a smile. Great nursery with lots of links to the community. Would highly recommend.”

“We have used this cattery for many years. The cattery itself is a purpose built, bright and clean building and the owners are very caring. I have no hesitation in taking my 2 elderly cats there both of whom have needed medication.”
