Were quick to answer the phone to accommodate changing the pick up time for my order when I put it through as collection ASAP by accident. We're also extremely helpful, friendly and understanding when I retrospectively had to ask for a receipt as the order confirmation email never came through. A lovely team you have there :)”

Fortunately, I received a prompt call from Shalik, who noticed the duplication and took the time to confirm whether both orders were intentional. Thanks to Shalik’s attention to detail and quick response, the extra order was cancelled and a refund was processed without delay.
