Being a nervous and sensitive patient, I was surprised at how much calmer I was before coming to my filling appointment, when I'm normally extremely anxious. All our dogs have front leg brakes when approaching a vet pratice however Max hits the accelerator when he knows that we are going there and definitely knows the way. “After attending and loving a GRC competition trial run by Linnea, I signed up for Walk and Train’s shadow programme — and I’m so glad I did! Between both Linnea and Gregor, they were full of knowledge and genuine love for the work they do. Throughout the programme, I got to discuss my future and how to get into the dog training world as well as observe a wide range of training sessions, from puppy development and obedience work to behaviour modification and GRC training. Each session offered something new to learn, and both Linnea and Gregor took the time to explain methods, reasoning, and the “why” behind every technique! What I loved was how calm, patient, consistent and fun they were with every dog and client. The ability to tailor their approach to each individual dog was brilliant and made me reflect on how I can apply the same adaptability in my own work. The experience was educational, motivating and so much fun — I came away with a deeper understanding of canine behaviour, training structure and the importance of clear communication between handler and their dog. I’d highly recommend this shadow programme to anyone looking to grow their knowledge, gain hands-on experience, or simply spend time learning from passionate, and skilled trainers! “My air conditioning wasn't performing nearly as well as it had been when I bought the car several years ago so arranged for Andy to perform a service and re-gas. Andy arrived when he said he would and performed the service extracting the old gas in to recycling chambers and then doing a pressure test before refilling. He applied protective pads to the car to prevent any potential accidental damage from his equipment - this pleased me enormously. I'm delighted with the work done and would highly recommend.”

They promptly investigated and resolved the immediate issue while being very supportive with the insurance process. They then supported two full bathroom refits including complex pipe work to an incredibly high standard, acting reliably and professionally throughout the experience while managing the end to end project. I would recommend Plumbfix to anyone requiring plumbing related services and will be using them again for my domestic property.”

“On a Saturday my old Vokera boiler stopped working and by that Thursday I had a new and stronger Glow Worm boiler installed, with minimal fuss, by Adam. I phoned Adam on the weekend and he came out first thing on Monday to have a look. The gas valve was broken, so Adam sent me over invoices for the broken part and for new boiler without pressure to choose. In the end, given the boiler’s age I opted to have it replaced. He and his colleague came out on Thursday and within a few hours my boiler was installed, and they were so clean with the instal! So so rare with tradespeople. Would 10/10 recommend and will be having him service my boiler annually.”
