“Professional, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. Best garage I’ve ever been to: my car had some strange noises five days before an important long journey. While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. A true saviour and definitely will be our future choice! P.s. the receptionist was very helpful and sorry I didn’t get the name. Owe her a big thank you!”

“Tyre going flat despite being topped up. Went in on a Saturday morning on the off chance of getting it fixed. I was informed that the Mots booked in for that day would make it unlikely that my tyre could be fitted in, and was asked to come back on Monday. Monday morning, tyre unresponsive to any attempts to introduce air. Fitted spare. Went in to DSC on way to work and was shown the reason for no inflation. Ask for a replacement tyre to be fitted and expected to pay the normal price for mid price example. I was called in the afternoon by Jackie to say my tyre was ready. Arrived to find my new tyre balanced etc asked for it to be fitted which was passed on to one of the guys to do. Asked the price……had to sit down for this….not even £100 ……yes, balanced , fitted and a cracker of a tyre….all for under £100. I can see why these people have 5 star reviews…. A gem of a place with excellent staff. 5 stars all round.”

Had a screw in my tyre? No problem—25 minutes and it was done! Something hanging from the bottom of my car? They checked it right away and fixed it quickly without any fuss & free of charge! “I have been going to Lotus for almost a year continuously and would 100% recommend to anyone who wants beautiful nails, in fact I have had 2 friends go and they've been delighted too! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and will give good advice on what is possible and what isn't as well as nail care. They want you to leave happy with your nails and I always have been. They have a nice big shop which is clean and welcoming. I have had a hard time choosing what colour to pick as they have such a lot of options, literally every colour you can imagine. I have had some truly beautiful nail art too!”

“Absolutely smooth sailing! After my previous barber moved away during the summer, I spent months finding a place with reasonable prices. There are barbers in this city costing 45 pounds for a simple haircut and head shave, even with student discounts applied. I'm grateful and thankful for this barber who did an absolutely phenomenal job. He's honest and doesn't shoot up the prices or price fix for simple services. I came in 9:25 AM this morning and found him opening his shop right before time to open came in. I asked him for a brief head shave and just like that he got it done exquisitely in under 3 minutes just the way I wanted. No complications or in-depth explanations. All for a mere 14 GBP. Definitely going to be my go-to barber shop from now on! Thank you very much Sir.”

“Writing a review of Christoph's service in the delivery of 4 x 4m (15 x15cm) wooden poles. Chris arrived promptly and I met him outside hoping that he would able to place these items along a small alley between the conservatory and the fence. Noticing that he would have to use a crane, I thought it was just not possible given the size of the gap and the no doubt difficulty in craning these cumbersome items. This didn't phase Chris, who calmly, quickly with military precision manoeuvred the poles perfectly into place. I was in awe of the skill. Seriously impressive service, if you are worried about a difficult crane manoeuvre with your delivery - ask for Chris !”
