“Writing a review of Christoph's service in the delivery of 4 x 4m (15 x15cm) wooden poles. Chris arrived promptly and I met him outside hoping that he would able to place these items along a small alley between the conservatory and the fence. Noticing that he would have to use a crane, I thought it was just not possible given the size of the gap and the no doubt difficulty in craning these cumbersome items. This didn't phase Chris, who calmly, quickly with military precision manoeuvred the poles perfectly into place. I was in awe of the skill. Seriously impressive service, if you are worried about a difficult crane manoeuvre with your delivery - ask for Chris !”

The rooms are clean, well stocked and comfortable . The front desk staff, especially Katherine, are friendly and helpful. This location is approximately 30 min from the airport and a taxi is approximately 35 pound fare. Would definitely stay here again”

The reception desk staff are some of the most gracious and patient people I've had the pleasure to meet and interact with... They set the mood beautifully. My room was on the front side of the hotel and from my modern room the ancient building across the way was a perfect "opposites attract" kind of moment! Everything about my room was quirky, fun, hip, and most comfortable and quiet!! The giant shower was equally decadent and soothing all at the same time! My giant bed was sooooo equally comfortable and soothing after long days of walking all over Edinburgh.... Just saying! The breakfast buffet in the very nice dining room was quite delicious and full of choices that should appeal to even picky eaters. The staff aim to make everyone happy and I think they succeed beautifully! The neighborhood is quirky and the hotel is just around the corner and a short walk from Edinburgh Castle! I highly recommend this well-appointed modern hotel and the great team of personnel who all make it tick with great ease and excellence! Bravo!!”

“We had a great time in Edinburgh, in part thanks to getting a good nights rest and breakfast at this hotel. The staff's very friendly. I'm an extremely light sleeper. Before we've even arrived, Emi went out of her way to place us in a room at the back of the hotel, far away from the lift, which was very much appreciated. We arrived an hour too early, but were able to check in right away. The rooms were clean, as was the whole hotel. It does feel a bit sterile, but it's on brand. Location is great. It's close enough to the city centre that most of the highlights are within walking distance. And the parts that aren't, you can always get by bus, which stops almost next to the hotel. Restaurants, fast food places and express supermarkets are all situated within a five minute walk, as well.”

“Hurrah!!! EcoSoft turned my sad 1star review into a to 5/5 by contacting me by email via Google maps to say their phone system was ill — they are most certainly still operational, joy! I was able to get a, super, pick-up and delivery, service wash again. (Edit: Jan 2024.) My original review: "Didn't hate it just couldn't contact them, tried for a week, in Dec 2023, phoning regurally but my calls were diverted to a line I got no pickup from. Used them extensively in 2022 and their laundry pick-up & delivery was brilliant. Searches say tel no as previously but as said I'm getting no joy on that line. Have to assume they have closed?"”
