“Tyre going flat despite being topped up. Went in on a Saturday morning on the off chance of getting it fixed. I was informed that the Mots booked in for that day would make it unlikely that my tyre could be fitted in, and was asked to come back on Monday. Monday morning, tyre unresponsive to any attempts to introduce air. Fitted spare. Went in to DSC on way to work and was shown the reason for no inflation. Ask for a replacement tyre to be fitted and expected to pay the normal price for mid price example. I was called in the afternoon by Jackie to say my tyre was ready. Arrived to find my new tyre balanced etc asked for it to be fitted which was passed on to one of the guys to do. Asked the price……had to sit down for this….not even £100 ……yes, balanced , fitted and a cracker of a tyre….all for under £100. I can see why these people have 5 star reviews…. A gem of a place with excellent staff. 5 stars all round.”

Never used them before and only went with them because I saw Neil getting a good review in the past and I am aware they're a long established company. Recently sold my two bedroomed house in Rosyth. Contacted Neil whose rates were comparable with other local companies and he went through what was required over the phone. From then on, every email I sent was answered promptly. Every query I had was carefully explained. The house sold quickly, but the moving in date was three months down the line. Neil got onto the buyers solicitors several times, prompting them to get the completion date brought forward, which he managed to arrange. The sale went through and he settled the bill with the estate agents before sending the balance onto myself. What I liked most was even though things were proceeding, he always kept in me in the loop, which gave me peace of mind. Certainly use Neil Queen again for property sales or purchases.”
