“Went to the open day today 24/03/18. What an amazing building. From initial worries about the size of the site and the ability to fit the ever increasing school roll into the new building I was surprised how spacious and well laid out the interior actually felt, not to mention the quality facilities. The atrium is spectacular and the light from the enclosed outdoor areas filters into the building creating a fantastic atmosphere. I am slightly worried about the drop from top level to bottom level through the the atrium but it is still very impressive.”

“I’ve had four recent visits to Carmondean Medical Group and telephone appointment to discuss my results and each time the care has been outstanding. The first time, I called around 8:15 a.m. with some symptoms I’d had for a day or two. I expected to see a DN, but the receptionist advised I’d need to see a doctor instead. I was given a same-day appointment for 10:30 a.m. with Dr. Newell, who was amazing—so kind and thorough. I got my prescription, and everything was handled efficiently. A few days later, the pain was still there. I called again, got seen quickly, and my prescription was changed. During my follow-up, I was supported every step of the way. Unfortunately, I later had an allergic reaction and was struggling to breathe. I called around 5 p.m. and got a quick call back from a doctor, who asked me to come in for a 5:30 appointment. This time I saw Dr. Gray, who was also lovely and reassuring. The entire team—from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors—has been fantastic. After some difficult experiences with other practices in the past, Carmondean Medical Group truly stands out. You all deserve 5 stars. Thank you for everything!”
