He gave my shoulder and pectoral muscle a sports massage and I now have much better range of motion. He helped me stretch out and gave me some tips and recommendations on what to do post massage. I would highly recommend to anyone needing some tension relieved in the muscles or problems with any injuries to book in. Great experience again at The Recovery Lounge. Thanks again.”
