“We had our bathroom entirely re-done by MIA Kitchens and Bathrooms and we could not be happier with the entire work and the result. Piotr and Martyna were both absolutely amazing to do our refurbishment from start to finish. After some discussions and suggestions from them, Martyna produced 3D renders of a few options we had chosen, showing how the bathroom would look like, with the exact design, furniture and decor we had shortlisted. Piotr's work was impressive: his passion and experience in everything, from flooring and tiling to plumbing, electrics, and fixtures, was outstanding. He worked in our relatively small space, keeping everything clean and tidy after every day of work. We were impressed with the precision, accuracy and incredible attention to detail he put in our job, keeping us in the loop, explaining what he was doing, step by step, and asking us to make choices whenever there was an option, down to positioning of hangers and shelves to the millimetre. We were so happy we asked him to replace our kitchen sink and tap afterwards, and of course he did a great job in our kitchen too. We are now planning re-doing the second bathroom with MIA. The before/after photos and new kitchen sink speak for themselves.”

“As Jim and his team fitted our kitchen 25yrs ago it seemed only right to get them to update our kitchen. We visited their showroom and Jim asked us our opinions and advised us what materials he thought would work best, but gave us an appointment with his son Craig to visit our home to measure up and double check our requirements. They actually fitted us in a week early to do the work, arrived on time and replaced the worktops, cabinet and drawer fronts with a beautiful high gloss finish as we requested over the two days taking away all the rubbish as well. Can't recommend this company enough, great price and service from a family business that provided a high quality kitchen and great workmanship.”

“Stan fixed a sliding door that I was told by another company would have to be replaced at a cost of £5k so I’m delighted that he has managed to get the door working and also changed the lock for me- delighted. He also fixed another door and replaced hinges on 2 windows to get them working, again I was told by other company that these would have to be replaced. The process has truly been seamless from the outset. It commenced with initial discussions with Scott to select our sanitary ware and answer (my many) queries, quickly followed by visualisations and specification to ensure we were happy with our selection. On Monday, the day before the work commenced, our chosen goods and materials arrived in one delivery. Stripping out the old suite started the next morning and by Friday afternoon we had a brand new bathroom! Scott’s team are to be credited for not only their efficiency, but their conscientious method of working and impeccable workmanship. Their attention to detail cannot be emphasised enough, from installation of co-ordinating pipe collars to offering to fit accessories we had purchased separately. Everything has been meticulously installed and on their exit, we genuinely did have a ‘completed’ bathroom. Absolutely everything was taken care of, including removal of the old bathroom and packaging in a single uplift on the final day. Having previously renovated our en-suite by purchasing all the goods separately and sourcing individual trades, their co-ordinated process took all the stress away from us. Not only that, we have without doubt achieved better value for money and a far superior finish by using Scott and his team. As someone who never writes reviews, we feel the level of service we have received really does warrant feedback.
