“My 30 year old roof looks like new - Got the guys out from ML Property & Maintenance to carry out a 'softwash' service on my roof on Friday as they had been recommended by friends who had also had it done. Cant believe the job they made of it. They scraped away all the moss by hand , cleaned out my gutters front & rear, replaced some broken tiles & applied roof biocide which I understands treats the roof & helps prevent the above reappearing. They arrived on time & cleaned everything up before they left. Nothing was a problem & I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I've already been asked by my neighbours for their details and I've also asked them to come back out at the end of this month to power wash my driveway. “I came across Dave, and EK Maintenance almost by accident having seen his van driving around in EK, soon after I had moved here from down south. He quoted me to perform several construction and maintenance jobs on our new home, including, re-varnishing hardwood windows, rendering and repairs to two external walls, construction of a new level driveway/parking area, improvements to the yard drainage and garden layout, Decking construction, and hopefully (later in the year) fitting of a new kitchen.
