Both mum and I got a cut and colour and we are delighted with our cut and colour. It's the first time since I stopped going to a top salon in the City centre that I've been as delighted with it. Huge shout out to Megan who did my hair and guided me gently through options and enhancements without a pushy sale. Mum experienced the same with Suzi. She helped me to transition from dark brown and grey to a blonde- her colour work is excellent and I always leave feeling great. I compare appointments with meeting up with a friend for coffee- considering how many clients she must see, she always remembers what I’ve been up to and asks after family. She’s friendly and always has a story or two to share about her own life and family. The exotic fish tanks are a novel idea and keep you mesmerised when getting your hair washed. A+ all round.”
