“Just a shout out to Kulwinder Singh for great customer service. I told her that our pizza was for a newly arrived Ukrainian refugee who had come to stay with me. We had pizza in Ukraine before the war and we thought it wasn’t as good as Dominoes’ pizza … so now we were letting her taste our favourite Hawaiian pizza. Kulwinder was so cheerful and friendly. “My wife and I LOVE the restaurant Pickled Ginger on Argyle Street Glasgow. We were advised that they had relocated a limited menu to the Cranside Kitchen as part of their response to COVID 19. FOOD We booked and turned up not expecting to have the flexibility to choose from 3 other restaurants (Rioja, Halloumi and can't remember the other!) We stuck to our original choice and didn't regret it. ALL the food (yes, ALL OF IT) was DELICIOUS! The loaded Kimchi fries were spicy but not overly so. The katsu chicken was generous in its portion and the pumpkin Tonkatsu was also delicious. Best Salmon Sashimi we've ever had also. The best Chocolate Mochi and Baklava we've ever had!!! AMBIANCE We were sat by the window and upon arrival could have day outside if we wanted to. The view of the Clyde side was lovely. PARKING Final thing, the restaurant give you free all day parking upon arrival so that you don't need to worry about paying for a car park space. They take your vehicle registration. NEGATIVE (ONLY 1) My only negative is that a large soft drink is £3.50 or £2.50 for a regular soft drink. This is where most of our £10 per head eat out government discount was spent as we had 2 large soda water and limes each.”

“It's been a long tome since I had ordered Pizza for a delivery, but I was tempted to try Papa Johns having seen their menu was featuring a Tandoori Chicken option. Delivery on a Wednesday evening was quick. Ordered at 6:45pm, it was delivered at 7:15pm. The delivery driver was polite and friendly. The two pizzas I ordered were hot and delicious. All of their elements tasted fresh. The dough was crisp and had a lovely, chewy crust. My only disappointment was that, as seems to be usual for all the chains, the dip was Garlic, which I can't stand. Why can't we be given a choice? I am fortunate enough to have several pizza delivery options to choose from locally, but I have often been left disappointed by the lack of toppings (D******) or really greasy (P**** H**) orders that I've had delivered. Based on my experience this time, Papa Johns Paisley will be my first choice when I next get the craving.”

“Just moved to the area, tried so many other places and been so disappointing. 3rd time I've had food from here and it's honestly the best. Food is fresh, chicken so soft and not re-heats and delivery has always been on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.”

“Great food and massive portions, definitely hit the spot after a 6 hour drive. We ordered takeout, the estimated delivery time was 70-90mins which we were ok with but were very pleasantly surprised to see it on its way 30mins before that. Delivery guys were fantastic and delivered to an obscure cottage with no fuss. Will absolutely order again.”
