“I've been going here since I moved to Rutherglen eight years ago and always get just one thing; large mixed pakora with a can of Irn Bru, so can only comment based on this dish but I've never had any problems with it, the service is prompt and whenever I go in I never have to wait long even though they must be busy doing JustEat orders. The staff are pleasant and polite and even though it's no longer the closest takeaway to me since moving within the area I will continue to go here.”

“Phoned for 2 baked potatoes…the lad on the phone was polite,very helpful & friendly. Delivery was here within 25 min,delivery driver was again polite,friendly & had gd banter. The baked potatoes were delicious,well buttered and salted,cooked well…fluffy inside & crispy skin…had cheese and coleslaw tubs for the filling. Coleslaw was epic,really crunchy & creamy. Would definitely recommend the baked potatoes…I’m actually a regular customer of spud spot & would recommend the pizzas,wraps & burgers…my favourite tho is chips,spicy mince & cheese…10/10. Overall,the whole experience was flawless,faultless & delicious…will remain a loyal customer.”

“Had a mix up with my order on Friday evening, when uber eats driver delivered it to wrong customer. Aaron at store phoned we to let me know what happened, and could not have been more apologetic - as the store was now out of stock of many of the items to redo it. He was upfront and honest.which I appreciated. I have also since spoken with Patrick, the manager of the store, to chase up the refund. Once again, I have been impressed by his customer service and desire to resolve the issue. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan, but I have been impressed with both Aaron and Patrick in trying to put things right, especially when they were not at fault, and will continue to order from this store in future”

“Always had good fish and chips but trying it delivered to my house hopefully it will be just as good as it always is waiting with an empty Belly not sure how long delivery will take but it will be worth it”

“Absolutely fantastic range of food from poppadoms to pakora to pizza and the finest meals. The staff are smiling from the moment you open the door to the minute you leave. It helps if you know what you want when you go in or call for a delivery, as there is so much choice that you could be there all night thinking will this be the night I have one of those fantastic hoagies or the magnificent burgers or will I spoil myself on the ice cream. Do yourself a favour and order anything from this shop, you won't regret it and if you get a delivery the drivers are fast and friendly. Go on, treat yourself”

“Been lucky enough to NEVER having a “bad delivery” from Kings Chippy. The food has always been great, in terms of quality and quality. The food is always delicious and hot. Highly Recommend. UPDATE - Unable to order with “Just Eat” APP, (16 April 2025). Phoned direct and spoke to a lovely lady who patiently took my order (speech dodgy after stroke). Thanks to her. Food delicious and piping hot AS ALWAYS!! Highly Recommend.”

“Our first visit to Jasmine One this evening. A very warm welcome from Susie. Comfortable table, very clean. I ordered Prawn cocktail, my husband, Chicken and sweetcorn soup, both lovely. I then had Grilled Lemon chicken , husband had mixed Satay. Absolutely beautiful, well presented, piping hot, plentiful and I'd go as far as to say the best lemon chicken Ive had in a long time. Sammi,served us, what a pleasant, helpful girl!! Having read some of the reviews we had hoped it would be good, it definitely was and we will return. Thank you Jasmine One. I Should add, the restaurant is not suitable for disabled, toilets are down two flights of stairs.”

“This is one of my favourite places to order from, unfortunately I had a bit of a hiccup tonight with my order but the staff were lovely and very quick to replace my meal and they even delivered it to me, it was only one part of my meal that I had a problem with but they replaced the whole order....thanks again, brilliant service and great staff”

“Amazing pizzas staff always friendly, I don't get delivery's as too many people use delivery's these days so you're never gonna get it hot, I use the website, easy to use, any XXL pizza 9.99 if you collect yourself! What's not too love, got a xxl pizza with everything on it last night and a hawaian saved a mint, went up and got em myself, takes like 20mins from order to ready so I order from my house then head up and if anything wait 5mins, staff are always spot on very friendly and welcoming, I wasn't gonna review as reviews do help a place and after this it will probably take me longer to get mine but feel more people have tae know! They have tae know hahaha!”
