He makes good on his guarantee of completing work by a set date and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the needs of the customer is met. I have had two cars booked in with him, both of which required significant work. Each day, he updated me with his progress and fully explained what needed to be done, as well as discussing alternative options if the budget required. His prices were very reasonable and fair. It has been a long time since I have had such faith and trust in a garage.”

Someone stole our dust caps and when we checked the tyre pressure A1 had replaced them all for us free of charge. Absolutely stellar service and would recommend to anyone. Great price also.”

“Terrific experience...! In-and-out quickly for a diagnostic check on a Monday to determine the nature of the problems with my C class saloon, and booked two days later on Wednesday to resolve. All issues were under warranty, which was surprisingly refreshing, so my only expense was a small pick-up and delivery fee. That fee was not much more than two taxi rides which would also involve me spending time going to/from the dealership. Excellent service all around, including from all the personnel involved throughout the entire process...!”

“Can’t praise enough. I did wonder what level of service I would get when I booked as a result of a having discounted MOT offered by email with Halfords motoring club. I thought will it be you get what you pay for or would they try to get the discount back with inflated quotes for unnecessary work. How wrong I was…..from the moment I arrived I was impressed with all of the awesomely friendly and helpful staff. The car sailed through its MOT and the MOT tester was genuinely the nicest, friendliest and helpful tester I’ve known in around four decades of motoring. He completed a couple of small fixes and showed me what he had done. He really is a complete credit to this place and deserves every bit of praise I can heap on him. It was a little busy but that is just a testament to how good they are. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but felt that I had to praise the staff here as they really deserve it.”
