“Great customer service, was talked through the sizes over the phone when buying a pair of trainers, about which size was right for me as the trainer was slightly bigger than adidas or nike. “My wife loves this shop and spent a good 40 minutes choosing a few things on a late afternoon in December. As we left we realised that the shop had closed (20 minutes ago) and we were the only customers left. Despite that, all the staff were helpful, there was no hurrying us up or tannoy announcement. “Popped in today just to see if there was anything new. My other half bought a shirt and t shirt and as I was leaving I spotted a nice winter jacket in the window. Heading back into the shop they didn't seem to have my size. I always feel uncomfortable asking for assistance but I plucked up the courage to ask if they had it in a medium in the stock room. Without fuss, she checked the stock and said they were supposed to have one somewhere? Together we worked out it was probably the one in the window. Sure enough it was! Without hesitation the lovely assistant stripped the dummy and handed it over! One very happy and grateful customer here...thank you”

What had started as a stressful morning finding my children’s school uniforms, Lois’ calm nature and welcoming smile was immediately reassuring. Lois was immensely helpful with everything that myself and my two children needed. Her knowledge of the school uniforms and systems was impeccable! What a delight it was to have Lois help us, and we left with everything that we needed, plus a lovely and friendly experience. Lois is an asset to steady school wear!”

I had an experience with a non speaking English Female and her two children who where messing about, while I was trying to get my daughter some shoes the non speaking was banging me. “With such a poor level of places to go to get school shoes in the town I took to fb for recommendations and to my surprise Wynsors was repeated over and over. Absolutely fantastic service. Tracey was amazing she ensured each of my 3 children had the right, properly fitted shoes to go back to school with. She really couldn’t be more helpful and patience with each and everyone of them. Highly recommended and we will be back.”
