I was attending my brother inlaws wedding on the 15th Feb 2025 and being part of the grooms men we hired tuxedos from hancocks the full process was second to none from the first fitting to collecting and on the day of the wedding my self and my wife realised that a suit for my 8 year old son had not arrived as we ordered ON THE INTERNET VIA INTERNET COMPANY and not in any associated with hancocks upon realising we have not got the suit I contacted Hancocks while only being a few hours before the wedding i told the gentleman the situation over the phone as we was in louth preparing for the wedding and the gentleman said would we be able to make it to the shop as soon as possible as they would be able to help on arrival to the shop of Hancocks the team there while busy with other customers went above and beyond to have a suit fitted and supplied within no time at all for my 8 year old son. The team there really know how to treat customers and they go above and beyond under any pressure put before them. Myself and my wife really appreciated everything they did that day.”

The queue was getting longer and longer and more annoyed that another till opened briefly, then shut again. Manager was called, saying nobody available due to doors being open because of a delivery ( true, I saw the delivery wagon when entering retail park) . My only criticism is surely at near Xmas times that more people should move onto the tills when something like this occurs!! ? And to clarify on its on-line deals. Apart from that, it's generally a fantastic store, well run , well presented and clean . Credit to the young guy on the till on Saturday 16 December.”

Without fuss, she checked the stock and said they were supposed to have one somewhere? Together we worked out it was probably the one in the window. Sure enough it was!
