“Very polite staff, ordered online and was available for collection after 15 minutes. This was ordered as enough food to feed 6 people. Food was fresh and not dry and not greasy like other pizza places. Kids really enjoy eating here as a weekend treat from time to time. The manager dealt with this request in a fair and reasonable manner offering me discount for ordering certain amount. The food came on time, was still hot and was lovely. “Always use this for our takeaway on a Thursday night as we only work nights & there extensive menu is outstanding there's so much to choose from & we've never had a bad meal. I always get a mixed wrap & now a lot of my work colleagues get the same but they have tried lots of stuff on there menu & are always complementary at what they've eaten. I have a stutter and they have never once rushed me if I got stuck on a word or anything like that Food is always very hot and fresh, never had a bad meal there in the almost a year I've been going Good pricing, great food. On the rare occasion there’s been a small issue, like a missing item or something not quite right, they’ve handled it so well. No fuss at all, just genuine apologies and even offering free items to make up for it. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back. You don’t get that kind of care from every place. They've always been wonderful to me and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.
