The owner’s lovely mother came and spoke to us about the history of the restaurant and we felt so welcomed and at home. We've ate in top restaurants around the world but we're so lucky to have this on our doorstep. Small little restaurant with open kitchen. Great friendly staff, clean and amazing food and service. “Ordered the beef Wellington sharer and 2 desserts as an early birthday treat and really wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing, we've eaten in the restaurant a few times before and knew the food was good, but the beef especially was exceptional. “There was a welcoming Atmosphere when we arrived. We were welcomed by the staff immediately when doors opened. The pub had a pleasant and warm environment. The food was excellent with generous portions.. We didn’t stay at the accommodation but would have gladly stayed as it is near a number of popular venues. There is a large carpark and free of charge.”
