“I ordered some Type 1 to be delivered on the Friday, however they managed to deliver it a day early. A special mention however, must go to the delivery driver who went above and way beyond. I was stuck in bad traffic and unable to be present. The driver called me and went out of his way to ensure the delivery was made even though the access was limited. I sadly didn't get his name but I hope his bosses appreciate his outstanding work. Thanks again”

“On Wednesday evening 26th June I went online and ordered 2/ 1ton bags of 20mm gravel for my garden, I was informed that delivery was 3 to 5 working days, so I was shocked and surprised when it was delivered the very next morning at 9.30am, absolutely fantastic service, the driver was brilliant too, putting it on the front garden, very nice and polite gentleman, very well done to all at howarth Timber.”

I bought some skirting boards that were a bit too long for my Audi A3, but Kieran took the time to make sure they were loaded in a way that was safe for me to drive. He also offered same-day delivery just in case, even though I didn’t need it, the offer alone showed how willing he was to go the extra mile. Really appreciated the help - top-notch service.”

We undertook a big project — knocking down a huge wall to transform our old, closed-off kitchen into a spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner. He genuinely wanted the kitchen to be perfect for us, and he spent countless hours reworking the plans until we were completely happy. Qasim’s advice was thoughtful and honest. He had a great eye for design and layout but also made sure to balance the practical side — making sure everything would work in our space and stay within our budget. He gave us space to think things through, but he was always on hand to offer support, ideas, and reassurance when we needed it. He really went above and beyond, and thanks to his care and dedication, we now have a kitchen that works perfectly for our family and looks stunning too. The installation process was smooth and well-organised, and everything was delivered on time. Any minor issues were sorted quickly and professionally. Now that it’s all finished, we couldn’t be more proud of the space we’ve created. Wren exceeded our expectations at every stage. The design, quality, service, and support — especially from Qasim — were all outstanding. If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, we’d absolutely recommend them.”

“Nas was our designer and very friendly. Not pushy at all. Very nice bloke. Responds to calls and emails. We had a few issues with kitchen, marks on doors, all replaced easily. Not Wrens fault but we had faulty hob, was replaced quickly. Tap was dripping , replaced quickly. For customer service we can't fault them. Main delivery was very good we had a time slot and day booked.”
