Apologies and an immediate response with the sxmples being delivered really quickly. I believe that it’s when things go a bit wrong that you really get to see how good the customer service is. “Fantastic roofers. Polite, explains things so that you understand, and cleans up after themselves. We had a full reroof, then about 2 years later discovered a small leak after being battered with stormy weather. Contacted Simpson Dennis Roofing as we still had guarantee on the works, and they reassured us over the phone, came to check it, and fixed it as soon as they could. It didn't cost us any extra as they honoured the guarantee. They are trustworthy and reliable unlike many others today. Highly recommended!”

“Amazing service and care. I contacted them through Facebook Marketplace for 10sq mts of large reclaimed slate tiles i wanted to use for my bathroom flooring and walk-in shower. Adel has been great: always prompt in communications, sending me photos of different types of tiles they had when i asked about the colour of the slate. They also provided a delivery service and arrived with the best slate tiles (as I had told Adel i needed them for the bathroom) and brought a couple more with them just in case any of the others would break or had problems. I can’t recommend them enough.”

They didn’t have the decking size I originally wanted in stock but they were in touch quickly to tell me about another size they had which turned out to be the perfect fit. Great service, the delivery driver rang 10 minutes before arrival on both occasions as I had 2 delivery’s (I had to order more than planned after my first order). Would highly recommend the quality is also fantastic.”

Everything they do is excellent.They put up the fencing on site, very quickly and efficiently, and the gate is excellent quality, with very strong hinges and latch.”
