“We have used LPS previously to service a gas fire so when we decided to replace our boiler we chose to use them again. Our experience with the service was very positive and the boiler replacement was equally as positive. From first contact with the showroom/office to book the boiler fitting right through to the installation it has all been excellent. All the team have been professional and friendly. The engineer who came to fit the boiler was very polite, kept all areas tidy while working and left it clean and tidy when the job was finished. Any queries are always answered promptly with the office. We were very impressed with the professional way the whole process had been carried out that when we decided to have solar panels fitted, we chose LPS to install them. “Chris came out quickly when our boiler broke down and was pouring water out of every possible part! he even helped to clean up the water and mess. He returned 2 days later to fit a brand new boiler and pipework, explained everything well. Although it turned into difficult job to remove the old one and fit the new one, he stayed and continued to battle on meaning we had heating and hot water by the time he left at 9pm (he started at 10am). Really appreciate all the help and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!”

“We have recently had a new log burner installed in our snug, replacing an old, useless gas fire. We worked with Becky in the York showroom and the install team were Tom and Matty. They were all professional and knowledgeable and we were pleased to have Tom and Matty in the house! “I went to screwfix as an ignoramus. I measured everything, had taken photos and had some idea what I wanted. The guys at Screwfix, Monks Cross were superb! They didn't treat me like an eejit, they were very respectful, knowledgeable and honestly, could not have done any more for me. They showed endless patience and solved all bar one of my problems. The one unsolved problem, they gave me suggestions on where to go for the part I need. I was really worried about going into a place like this, knowing what I wanted but not knowing how to ask for it and looking a complete idiot. I won't have those worries again, thanks to the guys at Monks Cross Screwfix, one of which was Tom, didn't get the other guy's name, but he had a grey beard. I will from now on, continue to go to Screw fix every time I need some, safe in the knowledge I am likely to get exactly what I need, with expert advice, all at a reasonable price. Prices are very good aswel especially compared to screwfix and toolstation. Large builders yard you can collect straight away which i found convenient when in a bit of a rush but also free delivery usually delivered on the day as opposed to waiting a few days. “No pushy sales, well made units, Harry at the Leeds branch came out measured did a design, then with a little tweaking turned our ideas in to a reality. Harry got us a fitter when ours let us down, Danni did a very good job installing the unit's & was the best tradesman we had during this makeover for cleaning up after he'd finished, had all the right equipment I:E dust extraction on his Saw's. We would have no hesitation in recommending S.K.O to anyone.”

“I called CJ Heating when my boiler broke down yesterday. Chris called within 24 hours. He was polite, knowledgable and explained clearly what was going to happen at every stage. He managed to identify the fault, source a part and fit it, all in one visit. The previous engineer (from elsewhere) just quoted for a new one, which would need to be located elsewhere, so more money and inconvenience. Chris wouldn't consider that until he had satisfied himself that it couldn't be repaired, which is the approach I prefer. I am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.”

On the day of the installation the fitters Matty and Dylan (and a little help from Kyle) were exceptional.
