    “Absolutely amazing service from BedWord!! Following a serious health condition my mum required an adjustable bed on her return from the hospital. I called BedWorld on a Sunday evening and a fella named Kamran answered. I asked if they could deliver the bed prior to my mum’s return from the hospital on Thursday of the new week. Kamran informed me that the store was closed and he was simply completing some paperwork in the office and that he could not take my order. Kamran advised me to place the order online and to add notes in relation to when I require the bed and their team will do their best. I placed the order with little hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day, on Monday, to be informed that, given the circumstances, they will expedite and the bed will be delivered on Wednesday. As promised the bed was delivered on Wednesday. Brilliant service! Following a period of 4 months I returned to BedWorld and I placed an order for another adjustable bed. On this occasion I explained that mum would now be moving back to her bedroom and to assist her we are installing a stairlift and require the bed before the stairlift is installed on Thursday. Otherwise the bed will be difficult to move upstairs. I placed my order on Monday morning. That very afternoon I received a call informing me that they will expedite and deliver the bed on the next day, Tuesday, albeit it will be late in the afternoon/evening. As promised the bed has arrived. I appreciate these are very particular circumstance and no doubt this is not BedWorld’s usual service level. That said, BedWorld should not be expected to adhere to such service level at all times. The purpose of this detailed review is to showcase a company who will go over and beyond when called upon. On this occasion, BedWorld has achieved excellence in service. Thank you to the team at BedWorld for your excellent service during this difficult time. Highly recommended!!”

    “We ordered the Marcello marble dining table with 4 chairs this was a very expensive table so we decided to call Blue Ocean to see what lead time was for delivery and if they offered an assembly service, I was lucky I lived sort of close to there store and they said they could sort out downside was lead time of 7 weeks and that full payment was needed. My wife and I decided to go ahead and order the Table we got an email confirmation to confirm order so we waited. Week 5 we got an email to say that our dining set was due in that week and they wanted to arrange delivery and assembly we managed to agree to a Friday delivery so I could be there. Table and chairs arrived, chairs were already assembled the dining table was a heavy bit of kit but between 4 of us we managed to get inside (without any Damage) and assemble, the table and chairs look stunning big thanks to the delivery guys and Blue Ocean Interiors would highly recommend.”

    “Extremely well crafted and ever so comfy. I got the one with the 1000 pocket springs. I read one of the other reviews on here, somebody upset because they couldn't return a matress when they decided they wanted a different one. A matress is something you can't return if you change your mind because it's a personal item and other customers won't want it. Bed shops go out of their way to let customers try before they buy for good reason.”
