I had some concerns about my tyres, so I called ahead, and Gary didn’t hesitate — he said “pop in, we’ll check and make sure you're safe.” That meant a lot. When I arrived, Gary spent time checking each tyre carefully, answering all my questions, giving me excellent advice, and importantly reassuring me that everything was good. This is what quality customer service looks like: someone who listens, who takes time to make you feel safe, who doesn’t try to upsell just for the sake of it, but who genuinely cares about your safety. Gary’s professionalism, kindness, and reassurance turned what could have been a stressful situation into a confidence-boosting one. I couldn’t recommend Gary more highly. “Casta decided to finish off his day in Toddy with a visit to this bar cum restaurant. The restaurant is upstairs, the ground floor is a bar with three real ales on handpump. Had a pint of local brewery Eagles Crag Pale Eagle. Good bar.”
