“Visited on a Saturday afternoon and had booked the Bottomless Brunch. Can't praise it enough. Cocktails were excellent and swiftly replenished by Megan. Grazing platter was delicious and they had created a separate smaller portion for my wife who is vegetarian. Highly recommended.”

“We went today to a kids birthday party and my grandaughter has a great time the bar staff were very friendly very cheap drinks . But iv got to say the dj was fantastic. He kept all the kids entertained . I would highly recommend this place but even more so the dj .”

“Firstly the decor to this beautiful place is amazing, very warm and vibrant. The new landlord is very welcoming and polite. The food is amazing and the chef is very welcoming and polite, it's old fashion values that go along way and this place has it! I would recommend 100% it has a good level of background music, the car park it free, the pub itself is very well set out and clean. We will be visiting on a more regular basis. Keep up the amazing work.”

“We had completed a very long walk up at RSPB St Aidan’s so were very ready to eat when we got back into Woodlesford and discovered the Two Pointers. We ordered our food and drinks at the bar but sat outside in the sunshine. There were no gluten free options available so we ordered the specials-jacket potatoes and also a chicken burger. Service was really quick and the food very tasty-I would suggest, however, that the jacket potatoes need to be served in a dish or on a smaller plate as they were really lost on the big plates. The pub looked clean and tidy inside. I didn’t notice many customers inside but there were a few in the outdoor space which is also dog friendly. Lovely staff! Would eat there again if we were in the area.”

“Amazing people, wonderful service. We booked out the place for a birthday party and my boyfriend got a little more drunk than expected... but the staff was so caring, checked on him and gave him water and free snacks & milk to keep him going. Thank you guys x”

“We were greeted by lovely, friendly staff on arrival and instantly loved the décor. But of course, we came for the pies we’d heard so much about – and they did not disappoint! I had the garlic chicken and mushroom pie with mash and peas, and it was absolutely delicious. My partner went for the minted lamb pie with dumplings, mash, and peas, and he was just as impressed. The food is home-cooked, full of flavour, and very reasonably priced. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to again!”

“We came to visit the farm for the first time yesterday, I’m always sceptic visiting farms for the first time as previously we have paid money to contribute to some horrible animal welfare places, I was pleasantly surprised here, I really like that it was a smaller farm and the up keep of the animals was very on point with staff always around them, they all looked happy and well kept which is refreshing to see, I just wanted to comment on one little issue, the rabbits, I’ve never been to a single farm yet where the rabbit welfare standards meet with rwaf guidelines, they all live alone quite sad and lonely, it would be amazing for a farm as lovely as yourselves to have them all neutered/spayed and bonded and live together in a large enclosure where they can dig and hide etc, set the standard for rabbit welfare which is lacking so much in the uk. But overall I think this is a beautiful farm and we would definitely visit again. We paid extra for the pig cuddles with pumba and really enjoyed it, the young lad who was in there with us was lovely and told us lots about all the animals, thank you for having us we will deffo be back again xx”

“Located a short walk from Huddersfield train station, this is a traditional pub with friendly staff and a great selection of beers. Very reasonable price also (about £13 for a round of 4). We didn't have food but the menu looked great and very good prices too. Lots of big screens dotted about also so would be good for watching sport also. Lovely pub.”

“Stopped for lunch with Three-year-old daughter and my wife. Not only was the food lovely, but our server Leah could not have been more accommodating to our young one. Brought a few small toys over and some colouring to keep her occupied and spoke really nicely to her. Daughter went chasing her to show off her colouring she liked her that much. Thank you Leah, not only for the sublime food, but for treating my daughter the way you did. We will certainly be back!”
