“Rich from Australia , After a ring round to see if someone might help me out with a leaky/rusty filler pipe on a Mercedes b class , and after 5 calls all being too busy to even consider helping me out , mick was instantly able on the phone to advise me of the issue and to confirm his suspicions ask me to bring the car in and he would find the time and work out a solution that’s would be of help , after the inspection he then kindly found the part necessary and work the car in to do the repair that would get me safely on the road once again , then a more than reasonable price was charged . As Iam out out town !! But a regular visitor back to Huddersfield ( I now live in bath ) I’ll be back to see mick again to complete on going repairs and maintenance know the car will be in capable and trustworthy hands …. “Took my car into Moorcroft this morning as the brakes have been squeaking. I assumed it was the back brakes as it's just had a MOT & Service with a different garage where the front pads and discs were replaced. Moorcroft called me after I'd dropped the car off telling me the back brakes still have loads of life and asked me why I wanted them changing so I explained the squeak. They took the car out to test it and established that the squeak is coming from the new front brakes so to reach out to the garage where I had the previous work done. Moorcroft could have just changed the pads like I asked and charged me for the work. Instead they put me first, offered some sound advice, and didn't charge me a penny! Bravo Moorcroft, Bravo. You've just won yourself a customer who will return again and again, and who will tell everyone else he knows to also make sure they use you!”
