“Wonderful experience! I recently visited this sweet little place, and had the most pleasurable time while being here. They have a lot of offers going about across the week, and run a 2 for 1 cocktails offer everyday, so getting a nice drink to go along with your meal is pretty easy to do here. On my visit I ordered a burger, it was amazing! It came with 3 meats (Beef, Chicken and bacon) and I was able to select a sauce from the wide range of sauces that they have at the venue. The atmosphere is wonderful and makes you feel like you're sat right in the heart of the 1960s - early 2000s with the wide array of music that they play here. The gentleman that greeted me on my arrival was one of the most pleasant people I've met, he helped myself and my friend order food, let us know what offers were on and was extremely pleasant past that. The prices here are pretty great, especially considering how high quality the food and drinks are here. Including 2 cocktails, a full meal and sides myself and my friend dined for around £15 per person. Overall I would highly recommend the rock cafe to anyone passing and looking for a nice meal, or even just a quick drink.”

“One the best chicken burgers you can buy in the area and the cheapest. I have tried many other takeaways where the chicken burgers are more expensive but not as flavoursome as UKFC. I love the crispy coating with a hint of spice. Always a hit with the family as I have been going to this place for almost 20 years. I like the idea of where the customer can help themselves with putting as much sauces as they want on their burgers and chips where other takeaways wouldn't provide this option. Hope this place stays opened forever :)”

“If you’re looking for real taste and genuine hospitality, Kashmir Spice is the place to go. The spices were beautifully balanced, and you could tell the food was made with love and care. Every dish had depth and flavor. On top of that, the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Great food, great people — what more could you ask for? 10/10 experience!””

“Amazing Chinese the portions are big enough to share if your not a big eater Their curry sauce is the best I have ever had it's not hot like some this has flavour We have been staying at Haven Skegness and they deliver here if you don't have transport We have had chicken chow mein and curry sauce twice and there will be some coming home with us”

“Lived in huddersfield all my life but first time at the Fieldhead. Good pint of bitter shandy. Sunny beer garden with a great view and seriously impressed with the cleanliness of the ladies loo. Will come back but only if hubby promises not to accidentally spill a load of cold lager down my back again”

“Came up from london and stayed in the apartments next door. As soon as we arrived the team were on hand to show us where to go to our room. The pub was great and really well run. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere on Friday and Saturday night was great with karaoke! We had such a great time in Huddersfield thanks to these guys and will definitely be back to the boy and the barrel when we visit next!”

“Great little Chinese takeaway- about an hour for delivery or about 20 mins for pick up - not super pricey and the food is always good quality, staff are really friendly as well, very limited parking out front so you'll most likely have to park on street which can be challenging depending on time”

“First time ordering from here. I’ve got to say it was possibly one of the nicest pizzas I’ve had from a takeaway. The ratio of meat to pizza was spot on, I added on BBQ sauce, the quantity of sauce was also spot on. Will definitely order again.”

“Always shopped at Sainsbury’s till today. This store was a pleasure to shop in. Fully stocked with excellent quality products. Greeted with a smile The fruit and vegetables fresh and fully stocked. “By far the best takeaway I have been to! The quality of the food is amazing and I'd say better than most restaurants, yet cheaper! If you order different curries each will be made differently, no shortcuts like using the same sauce, and everything is delicious. The spicy curries aren't just hot but also tasty and at a level which still makes it enjoyable. The Bahjis are the best I've ever tasted, even from Restaurants! They are also very good at pizzas, chips, burgers, kebabs and they even did southern fried chicken at one point. I've ordered from them for a long time and they have never let me down. I can't reccomend this place enough, just the perfect takeaway!”

“I have used this pizza place for years. Quality pizza, deep dish is massive and the normal crispy bases are amazing. I love their homemade millionaire shortbread but sadly they don't always have it. Friendly staff, always willing to help with weird requests. Always delivered hot, never had a bad meal from them.”

“Love the food from here. Cheese on a pizza that actually tastes of cheese, nice crisp bases. They're one of the few local takeaways that still offers lamb shish. They're kebabs are top notch (another VERY local ;-) business to them, don't even come close). Loads of meat and not just a token bit of salad like some places. I can't comment on their delivery as i always collect (never more than 20mins to wait ) and they are such friendly guys. Use these guys and not their neighbours.”
