“I could write a book about how good this team are so I've also added a TL:DR. From the moment we entered the showroom to the final snagging, they listened to what we wanted, advised objectively and wisely and never tried to upsell. We wanted a lovely kitchen with full project management and I also have mobility and strength issues and Jasmine designed a kitchen that was easy to navigate while Tammy was really knowledgeable about adaptations that would help me. No one looks forward to a kitchen fit but Matt and Craig made it as easy as possible, very considerate and not phased by having to accommodate 2 people working from home and 2 cats constantly trying to kill them. The project management and fitting was next level, suggesting adjustments that would add value, they are both perfectionists and a joy to have in your home. The whole team take pride in their work. Just one example of the the fabulous service. We switched to an induction hob and our pans didn't work. 2 hours later and on a Sunday afternoon Tammy turned up with a new pan set. TL:DR: Amazing design, product, service and craftsmanship. Lovely people. Use them.”

“Building a single storey extension, we had a completely blank canvas for KC Design House to work their magic on. The process primarily focuses on the functional needs of the customer and the aesthetics, with materials and colours coming later. The process isn't particularly quick, but where KCDH excel and what sets them apart from the rest is their attention to detail. A kitchen is a serious investment, so after it has been fitted you really do not want to be saying 'I wish that I had thought of ....'. Since our kitchen has been fitted, everything is exactly where it needs to be. Real thought has been put in to considering the flow and use of the kitchen, and it looks fantastic too Thank you KC Design House, you've helped us create a space that is a pleasure to use.”

“These guys offered me great service when i came to look for a chair. I was in-store for close to an hour, and was looked after the whole time with the staff giving me recommendations and helping me find a chair suitable for me (i'm 6'4 so for me buying ergonomic chairs is a nightmare). They did really well guiding me through the process and helped me find a chair that was suitable. Very impressed.”

Having read other reviews, yes the store is packed and there is only one narrow pathway in/out but anyone who goes antiquing knows that this is commonplace amongst these kind of stores. “It's an aldi so you know what you are going to get. You don't go there for customer service, but if you don't mind fighting with pump trucks and pallets, it's great. However, you are not always going to get what you want. I went to do a shop and was looking for the Aldi version of Baileys that my wife likes. Only a more expensive version was available. I like their 8 (?) For £1 yoghurt, only a more expensive was available . I like their marmalade, and there was none available at all. But as I say, this is Aldi”

“Very lovely place to spend your afternoon, very fair prices and eveything is very presentable. The place is very well kept and was very clean when I visited. The staff was very friendly and explained the difference between the different drinks that they serve. I would recommend anyone to go take a look and have a nice cuppa of whatever you fancy. Lots of seating, family friendly and also OK if you want to spend some quality time with a book and a hot drink.”

“Great store. Can get some really good deals here. They have also added self checkout stations to help with contactless shopping which is a brilliant addition to this store which is very well located on trinity. They do also have staff on the tills if you prefer to checkout that way. Staff are always polite and friendly. They have been and still are doing a great job throughout this pandemic. At busy times a staff member is keeping the number of shoppers in store quite low with staff on the door. Good sized store but only issue is that parking isn't very close by if you are disabled.”

I took a couple of attempts to get there but that was all down to ourselves with the changes but she was very helpful and supportive, fantastic knowledge through the process. We had Lewis as the installer who did a fantastic job, worked throughout the day to get the job completed and kept the house tidy and clean throughout yesterday Overall we are very very happy with everything from start to finish, the quality and colour is great and finishes are boys room of to meet his and our needs as he grows older. In fact I have just ordered some drawers today to totally finish off and know planning the next room probably for the New Year.
