“I rang the Tooth Spa and spoke to a lovely receptionist called Gosia. Gosia Was so helpful and got me booked in for the next day which was a Saturday I had a choice of two appointments. I chose a lot later on on my arrival. I was booked in and asked to take a seat and that I would see Dr Shahid as soon as he was free, which was only short while when I got into the Surgery Dr Shahid made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and safe. I explained the problem that I had a loose back molar and it was causing problems when eating And I was worried that it might fall out of night he took an x-ray and there was very little bone holding the Tooth thing so he explain To be removed which I was very very apprehensive about I can honestly say and on heart that I hardly felt the numbing injections it was so gentle kind and caring. He then waited until the anaesthetic had taken full effect. He then said I might feel a little pressure. I felt some slight pressure but nothing that bothered me and then I thought any minute now and at that point, he said bite down on this which I did. I hadn’t realised that he’d actually taken the tooth out. tooth out I never felt a thing. I cannot praise Dr Shahid and his nurse Halima enough they were so lovely. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.”

Christina was extremely knowledgeable, professional, welcoming and knew exactly what do when administering Botox as I had the added issue of my bel palsy. “We decided to get a hot tub at the same time as the rest of the UK unfortunately!! This meant that every spa we tried to buy from anyone had long lead times, however, most people didn’t tell us at the beginning of the conversation and we almost paid before being told it would be 4 months. It was a very different story with Pool-Spas. Naomi was very clear immediately that there were lengthy lead times on most models and explained why including the manufacturing process. It was very obvious that this was a company that knew their products and manufacturers very well. We selected the model we wanted (Passion Spa Happy) in the finish that was available soonest and were advised it would be available for delivery in a few weeks . Naomi contacted me a couple of days later with the news that the manufacturer no longer had any of that style available in that timeframe so we changed to a different finish. The communication throughout was very professional, pleasant and I truly felt like my business mattered to both Naomi and Neil personally. Even when things went awry due to the manufacturer Naomi herself felt the disappointment as much as I did. There was a slight additional delay on delivery due to earlier explained circumstances but the hot tub arrived on the day and date arranged. 3 men manoeuvred it to our preferred position and very quickly set it up and explained the basics. They were very chatty and lovely fellas who ensured everything was perfect and they also tidied up all the packaging and removed it. The following morning they returned to double check everything and go through all the features and instructions. We could not have asked for a better service and are over the moon with our hot tub. Would highly recommend (and already have!!) well done to you all!!”

“Had a really lovely 2 day break here. Everything was fantastic and the treatments and staff in the spa were amazing. We were really impressed with the food and all the staff were amazing but especially Michael on dinner service could not do enough for us and he was lovely. The bar was great Jake and another blonde lady ( I’m not sure of her name but think she a bar manager ) made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. Would defo recommend to anyone wanting a few days away and we can’t wait to go back.”

“I joined this gym a few months ago after comparing to other gyms in the local area and this was by far the best gym. It has a great variety of classes, a lovely swimming pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. The gym is fantastic with a huge variety of equipment and free weights. A special mention goes to personal trainer Eliza. I signed up for some 1-2-1 sessions with her which proved invaluable. Her knowledge is vast and she listened to what I wanted to achieve and designed 3 programs for me to follow for upper, lower and full body strength training. I highly recommend her! I've found all the staff friendly and the changing facilities are great. too.”

“We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault it. The hotel looked absolutely amazing at Christmas — beautifully decorated and with such a lovely festive atmosphere throughout. The food was delicious, clearly well prepared and presented, and really added to the overall experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A great place to stay, especially over the festive period. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.”

“For my thoughts read the review, not the stars. Pros: my partner felt really comfortable training at this gym, helpful staff, clean, good selection of equipment from techno gym, able to get a really solid workout, spacious, wasn’t overly busy when we trained at around 10 am Sunday morning, spa facilities. The cons which may be a positive to others, not a selection of different brands ie Atlantis/prime etc, for me the gym is a good mix for anyone that trains but doesn’t excel for bodybuilding, strongman but at the same time can get a really good workout.”

“Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful cozy bedroom with the comfiest of beds, slept brilliantly on both nights. The spa was fantastic. Treatments were the best and staff amazing at what they do. Definitely worth a mention. Gary who works front desk at spa makes the place. He is a huge asset. Very welcoming and friendly. He deserves the best review. Hope he gets to see this. We are going through a lot at the moment and Gary went above and beyond for us. He is funny and attentive. Made us laugh and smile and we felt very relaxed and can’t thank him enough.”

“Wonderful afternoon of relaxation and pampering. On arrival the young gentleman on reception was fab. Kind and most helpful explaining about what to expect, booking us in, showing us where to go snd generally just really welcoming. Swimming pool and steam room were great then on to the relaxation room. We went a little early so we had time to enjoy the warming beds. Room was nice (speakers a bit tinny with the music which buzzed a smidge). Then into our treatment room. Ladies were really respectful and welcoming. We had a Swedish massage and a facial. Absolutely fantastic! So relaxing and really thorough. Couldn't fault my day at all. Finished it off with one of the cafes smoothies. Also tasty. Thank you all.”

“Love this gym and since Everlast have taken over its just gotten so much better than when DW ran it (terrible before), new makeover for the gym had me a bit sad it was closed for a while but honestly it looks amazing now its been done, tons of new machines with wireless charging which is great for music.
