“Great experience. I ordered the sofa and unfortunately there was a delay in the shipment of my item. I got an email explaining the situation and giving me options of choosing another sofa for faster delivery or waiting around 3 weeks for mine. I opted to wait and within a week I had a phone call informing me they had a shipment and would send my item out to me ASAP. The entire process took less than 2 weeks even with the delay. Communication from the company is great and they are also super easy to get hold of. I have since received communications to ensure I am happy with my product and the delivery service. Customer service is fantastic and my sofa is absolutely stunning! super easy to assemble and very comfy! Would highly recommend this company!”
