“Been here a few times over the years and was wary today after reading the reviews. I had a great experience today as I always have, They have a great varied menu and options of jacket potatoes for slimmers or vegetarians, fish bites meals for children. The prices I say are reasonable especially compared to others in the area. The staff were lovely people ,courteous and professional and the fish and chips were delicious especially the fish very moist with beautiful crispy batter. I only ordered a small portion of fish and chips (light bite) just over £6 and it was enough for me. Definitely be back often when in the area”

“I usually shop at Morrisons Kirkstall and it’s honestly one of the better supermarkets around Leeds. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organised. It rarely feels overcrowded even during weekends. The fruit and veg section is always fresh, and I like that they have a good variety of world foods too. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The in-store bakery and cafe are nice bonuses, great for a quick coffee or snack after shopping (Cafe's lucrative offers always attracts bunch of people and kids' meal are free for adult meal. Jita's beauty parlour is superb, affordable and very well integrated in Morrisons. (Exclusive for ladies). Parking is free and plenty of space available. Overall, a solid and reliable place for weekly groceries.”

“This is a wonderful Chinese restaurant that is decorated traditionally. The food we ordered was fantastic. There is a large selection of food on offer on the menu which made it an excellent choice for our large group. We all had a little of everything really. We went with some friends who are from Hong Kong, and they speak very highly of it. And rightly so in my opinion. The staff were all attentive and professional. Free parking in the car park. You must register your car registration for the car park. You receive 3 hours free.”

“Nice atmosphere to the restaurant very nice deco. Friendly staff and the food was spot on could not fault it. With authenticity cooked food. Recommend a visit if your in Leeds. Parking not to bad. Turn left at the restaurant some parking space there if not you can park at morrisons. 2 min walk.”

“Ordered something on Argos went to collect it from the Sainsbury's store the assistant was marvellous my wife is disabled and the assistant couldn't do enough for us as I myself have health issues she carried goods to the car for us and was really helpful I would like to thank her for her many kind services much appreciated Peter”

“An excellent store the staff are very helpful and friendly, some items are a bit expensive but for a little store they have a good selection of items, I do need to single out 4 members of staff who always make my shopping experience pain free they are Emily Aaron Nikki and Reece. Sainsbury's these colleagues need rewarding for their hard work and making Sainsbury's a good place to shop. Well done and keep it up!!!.”

“Had two kebabs here now, a triple decker and a donner meat. Both times excellent service and very friendly, the triple decker had a nice selection of meats and the guys in there remembered me the second time I came which was nice.”

“Heard recently that the person who now runs this place used to run the Skyliner, that was enough for me to try this place. I'm very happy that I did, I'll only go here for fish and chips from now on. Fantastic fish and chips and service with a smile. Best fish and chips in Garforth by a long way. The man who runs this place is really talkative and friendly. The portions are excellent and the prices generous. If you want good fish and chips this is the place!”

“We have tried a few takeaways in the north Leeds area since moving to Alwoodley and this one has been the best. Our order is pretty tame we usually get sweet & sour chicken Cantonese style, crispy fried beef, prawn toast, egg fried rice and salt and pepper chips. It always hits the spot and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. They do delivery and the price is really reasonable.”

“Been using from just eat for month+ once a week or so after are lass got platter meal which the chicken was nice and cooked properly and was very reasonably priced. Rung up and ordered today instead as ino just eat are extremely greedy what charge, again food was nice with fast delivery. I'm quite fussy eater and got a pizza aswell not expecting much but that also was banging! ordered 10+ times and all have been fast with fresh hot nice food, even swapped the free bottle of Pepsi for coca cola which i said I'd pay for as I've had so many places refuse, little things like that what shows it cares about customers instead trying squeeze every penny out of them.”

“Great if you have little children! This restaurant was a great place for a midweek, lunchtime treat. We had our 2 year old twins with us which is always an adventure! But the great thing about the Frydays restaurant is that there’s a small, fenced off play area where little ones can play happily whilst we eat and have a conversation in peace (which is a novelty for us). The food was good quality and served quickly plus the girl serving us was really friendly.”
