I’ve had a few times where due to gps not sending scripts across I’ve been left without medication and when I take an in person script or drs send it they fulfil it for me straight away and I never feel judged. Really helpful when it’s an especially stressful situation.”

I asked a staff member at Lepton about get the milk for her and was told as soon as they got the prescription they could order it to arrive in store. They have been absolutely brilliant in doing so. Now my great grandson is thriving. Thank you so much”

“Myself and my friend came to get our nails done and a pedicure each. All I can say is WOW! Impressed from the minute we walked in. We was greeted on arrival from a friendly team, was a very relaxing experience. I have recently broken my toe and the owner was so incredibly careful and made sure I wasn’t in any pain throughout the process. My nails and toes were exactly how I asked them to be, the right length, colour, style etc. Myself and my friend was very impressed and we will be returning when we are due our infills and the time after that. “Absolutely amazing service from BedWord!! Following a serious health condition my mum required an adjustable bed on her return from the hospital. I called BedWorld on a Sunday evening and a fella named Kamran answered. I asked if they could deliver the bed prior to my mum’s return from the hospital on Thursday of the new week. Kamran informed me that the store was closed and he was simply completing some paperwork in the office and that he could not take my order. Kamran advised me to place the order online and to add notes in relation to when I require the bed and their team will do their best. I placed the order with little hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day, on Monday, to be informed that, given the circumstances, they will expedite and the bed will be delivered on Wednesday. As promised the bed was delivered on Wednesday. Brilliant service! Following a period of 4 months I returned to BedWorld and I placed an order for another adjustable bed. On this occasion I explained that mum would now be moving back to her bedroom and to assist her we are installing a stairlift and require the bed before the stairlift is installed on Thursday. Otherwise the bed will be difficult to move upstairs. I placed my order on Monday morning. That very afternoon I received a call informing me that they will expedite and deliver the bed on the next day, Tuesday, albeit it will be late in the afternoon/evening. As promised the bed has arrived. I appreciate these are very particular circumstance and no doubt this is not BedWorld’s usual service level. That said, BedWorld should not be expected to adhere to such service level at all times. The purpose of this detailed review is to showcase a company who will go over and beyond when called upon. On this occasion, BedWorld has achieved excellence in service. Thank you to the team at BedWorld for your excellent service during this difficult time. Highly recommended!!”
