βI recently purchased my Mini from this garage and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. When I first viewed the car, I noticed a few small paint chips on the boot, which didnβt bother me given itβs a 10 year old car, so I was happy to go ahead. To my surprise, while preparing the car, the owner called to say he wasnβt satisfied with the paintwork and asked if he could keep it for a few extra days to have it professionally repainted. The result was fantastic the car looks amazing. That level of care and attention went far beyond my expectations, and I honestly donβt think Iβd buy from another garage again! Iβll be back in a few months to buy my 17 year old her car.β

I felt very reassured that the staff and this business genuinely care for their customers as the concern on the chaps face, said it all. βJeanette and family were wonderful when it came to fixing my car at very short notice, and they stayed later than usual to ensure I had my car back same day on a Saturday. They carried out thorough testing and repaired what was necessary to get the car back out of limp mode and also managed to add a cleaning additive to my full tank of (very poor quality) fuel to save me having to drain it off and refill. They were friendly, welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable and gave me advice to go away with as well as offering a free follow up check to ensure everything is running smoothly. I've since recommended them to other drivers who have had similar issues to mine after filling up at the same fuel station and will continue to highly recommend them and use them in the futureβ
