34 Burntwood Court Hotel
βIdeally located for our trip, all of the staff we met were extremely friendly from the cleaners to the reception and bar staff, they really were very helpful with any needs we had. The leisure facilities were top notch and very clean. The hotel is a bit out from the town so we stayed around every evening which wasn't an issue as the food was excellent. Highly recommend a stay here and should my work bring me back that direction I will be staying there again.β

βGreat experience passing thru Leeds and stopping for late lunch at this place. We were having north and called 20 mins ahead of arrival but still took another 20 mins for food to arrive. We had a lamb and chicken karahi, kabuli pulao, chapal kebab, chicken tikka, and lamb chops. Karahis, both on point, exactly what I would expect from an afghan place and reasonably priced, no stupid Β£30 a kilo here. The chapal kebab are probably the best I've had, super crispy edges, beautifully spiced and seasoned and moist and juicy in side. Chicken tikka was meh, but the lb chops perfectly grilled and simply seasoned. Naan, awesome, and we went thru all naan delivered. We didn't even tell them how many we need they just knew! Kabuli pulao was also great with a generous portion of rice and fall of the bone lamb. Like I said everything was reasonably priced and I would defo stop by again.β

βThe Milner is still upto a great standard. Staff are excelent. We were in a front facing superior room. With fantastic views of the Minster. We had a meal last night which was cooked perfectly and the breakfast this morning had a great selection and good quality. We will definely be visiting next Christmas as it is idealy situated for York city centre. Very dog friendly hotelβ

βIβm always skeptical about ordering from somewhere new that doesnβt have many reviews but this was an absolute treat! They had ran out of brownies but rang us to offer alternatives which was great, we opted for the cookie dough instead and can honestly say it was the best one Iβve ever had!! Normally I find with cookie dough it goes quite hard once it starts going cold as youβre eating it but this one was so soft just as cookie dough is suppose to be! Couldnβt recommend this place enough now and will definitely be ordering from here from now on for dessert! Thank you so much. Delicious food and amazing customer service!β
