“Great Community facility at the heart of Grange Park serving the local area. Various room sizes for large or small size meetings and groups and a kitchen available and level access from the car park and through out. Friendly atmosphere, great groups throughout the week including family friendly church service each Sunday”
“Visited the Lime Tree today to celebrate Auntie Edna's 92nd Birthday. We had such a lovely time, staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The best bit was at the end when our waitress presented her with a complimentary dessert with Happy Birthday piped on the plate and gave her a birthday card. You certainly went over and beyond for her. Thank you so much”

“Incredible training at LCPA. Top Choreographers who are actively in the industry, brilliant teachers, 7 large studios and theatre venue. Lots of performance and examination opportunities. Solid technical training, evidential with all who are currently in the industry who have trained with LCPA. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“Family have just had a fantastic Sunday meal. 7 adults, 2 children. The staff were lovely attentive yet unobtrusive. The food was lovely, plentiful and served hot. Good value. The menu was a Sunday lunch /Dinner range. A much larger menu is available through out the week. Thanks to all the staff and Maz.”
“I've not eaten here. So I can't comment on the food. It does seem to be a popular place to eat.”
“Lovely village pub! Great food, full English was very tasty.”
“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible event. Liz and her team truly went above and beyond. It was a heartfelt celebration, bringing together numerous families with children with disabilities, and I was deeply moved by the stories they shared with me over nearly twenty-five years. The team was not only welcoming but also expertly adapted to accommodate a variety of wheelchairs and specialist pushchairs, ensuring everyone felt included. The warmth and appreciation in the air were palpable. I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am to Liz and her wonderful team. It was truly a remarkable experience!”
“If you're looking for a cosy, welcoming spot to unwind, look no further than the Queens Head. This small, charming local pub has quickly become one of my favourites. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted like an old friend by the friendly staff and the regulars who make the place feel like home. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, with just the right amount of energy, but not so loud that you can't enjoy a good conversation. The decoration is simple and unpretentious, which adds to its simple charm. The drinks selection is fantastic, with a great variety of ales, beers, and some lovely cocktails. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The prices are also incredibly fair for such quality. What really makes The Queens stand out, though, is the people. The staff are incredibly friendly and always up for a chat, especially Abbie, Becks and Les, making you feel right at home from your first visit. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a quiet pint alone or laugh the night away with friends. They even host little events like quiz nights and darts, which adds to the community vibe. If you want to experience the best of what a small, friendly local pub has to offer, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!”
“my memories are different of the playground. Now it is functional for adult exercise. Great idea but for me, I loved the climbing frames, etc, of the past. Park looks well maintained, which is a blessing. Football in the centre circle of trees. Almost 50 years on. What an achievement.”
“Lovely scenic surroundings comfy beds India was a great host arranged early arrival couldn't do enough for me and my partner”
“Lovely town centre park with lots of special events staged throughout the year. Short cut grass makes it ideal for picnics and ball games. Skate park popular with the older children.”
“Amazing!! Some lovely events take place with a good vibe/ atmosphere. Very friendly staff with great customer service.”
“Lovely green park and play area's. My three yr old grandson had a great time. The tractor driver, who was mowing the grassy area's very kindly waved to my grandson, and made his day! Well worth a visit by everyone.”
“Now I very rarely give 5 stars. This is your classic "front room" pub, very cosy and welcoming. Pub is split into the The saloon bar (where everyone is) and the public bar which has a pool table. One ale on, abbot (understandable for the turnover) but served very well, better than the two steeples(!) besides that usual keg fare, but one oddity of theakstons bitter on squirt. Again very friendly, thoroughly recommend.”
“Some new equipment and a good zip line for kids”
“Always amazing food cooked up by Rui — it never fails to impress. The dishes are consistently bursting with flavour, and I would highly recommend it whether you’re in the mood for a takeaway or want to dine in. You won’t be disappointed!”
“Went to cafe Nero and took some reusable cups with me (the Starbucks ones in photo) and asked to make the drink in them and they did just that filling them up depends on the drinks ratio. The drinks were delicious. The mango and passionfruit fruit booster is one of the best summer drinks for sure. The mocha frappe is choclately and sweet and the biscuit iced latte is a sweet coffee drink for biscuit lovers.”
“Love this shop. You can get most items. Wish there were knitting patterns and more range of wool in all the stores as there are not many wool shops now and I like to feel the wool before I buy it. I knit every day.”
