“My very elderly cat (20 years) had a health check today with Vet Pablo Rodriguez. Pablo was fantastic! He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and asked lots of relevant questions about Connie. He was so helpful and gave me all the information and costs before I agreed to anything. He was kind and gentle with my cat and made much of her. The very BEST experience I’ve EVER had at Park Vets, although I have to admit that there have been many other very positive visits for us, but this time surpassed all others! “I booked a gait analysis this morning which was completed by Sam. Sam had a great knowledge of which shoes would suit my running form and was able to advise me on the correct sizing. The customer service was excellent and what I thought would be a tedious experience was a great one! I have just used the voucher given in-store to order my size of trainer online. “I came in today to collect my beloved cat, vienna's ashes. Last Sunday I sadly had to rush him to out of hours surgery. My poor old cat,of many years,had fallen very ill. Monica was amazing! She was extremely caring and understanding. She thoroughly checked vienna and agreed that it was time to let him go to cat heaven. Ive been a complete mess since, I miss him so much,he was my little mate and he followed me around all day. Having his ashes back with me today gives me some comfort that he's back home with me where he belongs. Thank you so much monica for being so wonderful and caring. It means alot.xxx”

“Great staff. Pool is (only) 20m but a good temperature for lane swimming without being so cold that leisure swimmers get too cold. Steam, jacuzzi, sauna and chillaxing lounges are nice additions. Lockers require a £1 or token of same size that is returned. You can get membership which includes towels if you wish. See other reviewers for the gym and classes.”

“Good location to keep your active all in 1 place has a big hall for sports like Badminton pickle ball basketball ball they also has good selection of group excercise which keeps me motivated and ofcourse swim which this location is known for great for family swim and lane swim.”

“We were asked by our Daughter in Law to take our Grandaughter swimming. The building was easy to find with clear parking. The welcome was warm and clear instructions given. We were able to watch her swimming class from the balconey comfortably seated. There appeared to be many events held in is busy establishment. A good facility for all to use.”

“Joined 3 weeks ago . Chilled out not overcrowded. People and staff are very friend my. Can take kids to the pool as well. Free towels and soap and moisturiser. Gyms like this are hard to find as there all chains oversubscribed. Great steam room as added bonus”

“My children have been coming here for years for their swimming lessons, can't fault the swim teachers and how much my children have progressed. Not fond of the female changing rooms, lack of showers and sometimes the changing rooms smell of urine.”

“We are here most Friday's with my 3-year old niece it's lovely the staff here are helpful and friendly and the prices are still reasonable. Recommend Tuesdays Wednesdays if you prefer quieter times. We come here around 11 a.m. on Fridays and it can get busy. Think they need some sort of vending machine or coffee machine to save me going into the shopping centre...”

“Absolutely brilliant course! My children (6 and 3) couldn’t ride without stabilisers at the start, but by the end of the first lesson they were pedalling short distances on their own. By the fourth session they were confidently taking off and riding independently. The instructors were fantastic. Patient, encouraging and made learning fun. Highly recommended!”
