Sent it to Autotronics and they sorted it out within a week and was reasonably priced compared to getting a new cluster. It worked perfectly for two months and then the same issue happened again. Contacted Autotronics and they repaired the unit again under their warranty. Easy to deal with and great communication.”

In regards to toilets in the club unfortunately toilets do tend to smell of urine, the toilets are monitored and cleaned regularly, I assume you go to the club to socialise ect not spending a lot of your time in the toilets. Also regarding bingo, is there any rules against committee playing a game of bingo? If you are unaware I’m sure the staff there would be happy to give you these details. In respect of the slander you’re accusing the staff of have you spoken to a member of management with your concern? To also remind you it it a working men’s club, not buzz bingo breaks are longer their calling systems are different again if your unhappy with the service I’d suggest you actually speaking to a person instead of leaving a review like you have. I don’t know how often you visit the club clearly not often enough as the club has had a lot of refurbishment done throughout the years. Again I suggest you speak to a member of the committee with your issues. I hope this has cleared a few things up for you.”

Russell Group - a tiny group that few universities joined doesn't make them better universities. It's the care and support that university provides their students that makes them a better university. The facilities and the communication that makes them a better university. Which this university ranks at the top in, but NOT those in Russell Group. They are just a show off without much student support. Stop being fooled into that union. Pick a uni that will take you a long way. Would recommend this one.”

“I have two children studying at LIA (class 6 and foundation 1 ) ; I am very happy with their growth within the school ,the teachers are very friendly and willing to help and whenever we had special requests or problems , they were very transparent and searched for solutions; I must mention that we came from Bangladesh last year;my elder son studied under a totally different style and curriculum and he was supposed to be class 3 abroad; he was behind the class at the beginning of year 5 and gradually became one of the best; his teacher ,Mrs Abraham, is truly one of the best teachers my son has ever had and she helped my son understand concepts that he has missed during this change in learning systems; even if the ofsted report wasn't favourable, my children are doing well,I do hope the school will be able to fulfill ofsted criteria soon”
