I’ve lived here for almost seven years and have tried many pizza places, but none have been as satisfying as this one—I can’t wait to go back. Last week, I ordered from East Flames, choosing the Meat Feast and Chicken Supreme, both of which were fantastic and packed with flavour. I must say, the Meat Feast truly lived up to its name; it was loaded with meat and generous toppings. My kids loved the pizzas, which was quite a surprise since they’re usually not big fans of pizza around here. Additionally, the owner offered me some sample sauces to try, which paired wonderfully with the pizzas. The pricing is very reasonable, and I especially appreciated the 3 for £18 offer, which is a great value for money. The customer service was lovely—I felt genuinely valued during my visit. This will definitely be one of our regular spots!”

“Absolute hidden gem! It’s so humble on the outside, but the food and the flavours are so good! It was so hard to decide what to get, because there’s so many delicious options. We started with the Tom Yum (a personal fav that was the most flavourful I’ve ever had, not too spicy and with juicy chicken) and fried prawns. Noodles soups for main, both with generous portions, wonderful broth once again and packed full of toppings. The pink milk drink was delightful too, sweet and moreish - just wish we’d noticed the mango sticky rice on the specials board for dessert, what a treat that would’ve been and no doubt as delicious as the rest. The service was smiley and very kind, quick and charming. Very lovely indeed! Will very much be back!”

“Plan Burrito Loughborough. Where do I even begin? Moving here as a foodie student, I was eager to find my go-to spot for the next three years of my life. Suffice to say that Plan Burrito already has that crown. The burritos are absolutely delicious, with great portion sizes for their prices in comparison to other similar chains. The nachos and dips are fantastic with a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy (if you choose to get a salsa). The options for drinks are endless with more Jarritos flavours than I can count along with the classics like Pepsi Max, 7up and water. Now, the reason beyond the food for why it is the best in Loughborough is the excellent service. Today my friend and I were greeted by a lovely staff member called Abi who chatted with us the entire time, was super friendly to all other customers and made sure that our PB experience was top notch! Mains portion size is great, food arrives with accompanying sauces and is very well presented. Service was brilliant, however if they are busy it can be a tough to get the staffs attention for additional drinks or service. “Fabulous service! I ordered a same day delivery of beautiful cream and white flowers and asked for the delivery name to be sent to ‘Scoobie Doo’ (nickname for my boyfriend!) The delivery driver wrote in the delivery card that he’d left the flowers with Valma next door and signed off ‘From Shaggy’, which my boyfriend particularly enjoyed! The flowers are lovely and the service excellent. They arrived very quickly. Would order again! Love the personal touch of the delivery as well. Excellent!”
