“Today was my daughters Hen party and we all had a blast. Drinks never stopped food was ace and James who looked after us was so accommodating. He made sure everyone got what they wanted and really looked after the two in our party who were not drinking. It was a great experience and we will deffinitely be back.”

“Ate here on a Saturday evening. Food and drink were excellent. Food was cooked perfectly and served very promptly, with the main course a good time soon after the starters. Staff were very attentive to the empty plates and when drinks were empty. Atmosphere was nice, with several other tables dining at the same time. The one issue that our party had would be the temperature of the room, it was slightly on the cold side, but that could also be because of the time of year.”

“Went to Wagamama in Notts today with my friend for lunch. Everything was top notch. The food was delicious. I had the fried greens, ebi katsu, and chicken katsu curry, my friend had the duck gyoza and prawn curry. We had a beer and a cocktail. The food arrived hot and fresh, yummy! Thankyou chefs. The highlight of our stay were the staff. We were greeted by the hostess and taken to our table of choice, served by another friendly young chap, but there's one staff memeber who stood out above all others, anywhere I've ever been to and thats a young lady named Sophie. Studying at university who works to earn her spending money. She was a delight, a credit to Wagamama. She was so kind and friendly, so ambitious and I see a great life ahead for her. I think anything she does, she will do it well. Thanks for the wonderful service Sophie, you were the shining light above all others today, and made our rare luncheon really special. Cheers from Shirley and Vannessa, the 2 women who nearly talked you to death:-)”

“I visited the Nottingham Long Row which is now using Halal Beef. There is still bacon used here but it's cooked and handled on a completely separate grill. As always, I went for my go to order - Cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a Peanut Butter Shake. For £10.65 a double cheeseburger with unlimited sauces and toppings isn't bad at all and their Cajun fries are just too good. Also their shakes are just the best - no debate there. I also tried their halal hotdog for the first time. Probably the best hotdog I've had. The quality of the beef sausage in the brioche roll was a winner. If you've never tried Five Guys, definitely worth trying as there's a lot of options for customisations!”

“Hooters isn't what I expected, in a good way. The food is absolutely outstanding! The best American food in Nottingham and the chicken is to die for. Far from being a seedy place where creepy blokes leer at vulnerable women, I've found Hooters to be quite the opposite. Young families sit around tables, sharing food together and it's a decent casual date location, with plenty of couples eating together. The menu is really good. It's lots of the same stuff in different combos, but this has two great benefits. First of all, with less ingredients you generally get better quality food and that's true here. Secondly, it's made a lot quicker than it otherwise would be as the chefs have more experience with each item than they would at a restaurant with many different items. I recommend the Cajun wings and the Parmesan garlic shrimp, with a side of tots. The coleslaw is a nice side to add. Beer options is probably the worst part of the menu. It's boring and really misses Blue Moon, with nothing similar since they removed it from the menu. I love it, I'll be going again with my fiance, or my work mates, or before the hockey. It's so good I've made it my standard go to food option in the city. Check it out.”

Catered brilliantly for allergies and felt happy that everything was separated and overseen by a manager. Love the new honey dip that comes with the halloumi starter, a new favourite of mine. “Best Neapolitan pizza in Nottingham. I have tried this pizza place 4 times since the first day they opened and I can say that they are doing amazing! After they trip and travels to Italy, they have gain the experience of the proper Neapolitan cuisine and they have brought it directly to Nottingham. Excellent flavor and perfect pizza dough: soft, elastic and with a raised crust. With most of the ingredients directly imported from Italy, the quality is 10. But pizza is not the only think they have, we tried the chili chips the first time we went and we loved them! Now is one of our must when we go. They also have antipasti boards, garlic dough balls and amazing desserts! If you cannot decide with the pizzas my favorite one is the Nduja pizza! A spicy and spreadable pork salami from Calabria.”
