You can't get through to your GP surgery and instead put through to a central system which is not helpful at all. If you want to get a message to your surgery you physically have to go in as there is no phone or email communication. Thus is frustrating for people with reduced mobility or transport issues. Please bring the old system back so we can communicate with our own GP surgery”

She is so lovely, and genuinely cares so much about your health. Every appointment with her I've had has felt so safe and I really couldn't recommend her more, she has your health and safety at the foremost of her concerns and will suggest the right thing for you. I can't speak on behalf of her and menstrual related problems, but I can tell from my own appointments she'd be one to trust with them.”

Doctors are always attentive and give appropriate medicines/ referrals. Nurses are nice and gentle. They let me stay with them after we moved (still in the LE4 area) which suited me very well.”
